Tuned down hunger autonomy a bit so Sims who stay at home all day have less auto meal
Upload Autonomy for Plant Sims thirst and slower Need Decay for Vampire thirst
Upload slower needs decay for Minor Needs (Thirst, Oral Hygiene, Hand Hygiene)
