Trío del futuro: Paragon Partner, Pet Pshycic & Rooftop farmer

Welcome to Torres Amanecer (Lot 12 on our map). Play as a Residential or Residential Rental. I don't recommend the latter as I really dislike "For Rent" mechanics and gameplay, but of course, the choice is yours as the player. If you truly want them to be a trio, I would simply just play them together and "claim" their beds (bed settings) to make sure they choose the correct bed in the right apartment. You can also use the "lock doors for ..." features by clicking on the doors of the apartments.

Meet Kellan Voidcharm

An elf that is considered "modern" in his orientation and interests by his peers and one of a minority of his kind that chooses a life outside of traditional Elvenburg. Kellan is a student of the supernatural and a Paranormal investigator. An avid collector of sci-fi and nerdy collectables, Kellan likes to decorate his room with all things that reflect his passions. He loves to read and considers himself a "maker". In his free time, he likes to potter around, grow his collection of plants and garden on his patio.

Gameplay:

• Made for Paranormal investigator gameplay and Paranormal gameplay.

• Made for the Paragon Partner aspiration (playthrough) and storyline. I always leave romantic storylines and interests to the player and this will be no exception. Of course, I do ship him with some of the characters of this update though!

Meet Benita Bakecharm

Benita lives in her pink and oh so kawaii apartment, but making it as a pet psychic is not so easy! As she hones her skills in the Pet Cemetery and learns to communicate with pets who passed over the rainbow bridge, Benita continues to work as a dishwasher in the city and has to find room mates to help her pay for her apartment. Benita has the "lovebug" trait and is always caught up in some whirlwind romance it seems. She's an expert baker and loves baking flirty heart cookies in her pink kitchen and, of course, she doesn't mind if someone else cooks breakfast from time to time either!

Gameplay:

• Play as an enchanted baker. Use essences derived from cowplants to make inspired cowplant meringues or use magic to enhance the quality of ingredients with repairio.

• Pet Pshychic: Befriend and communicate with the ghosts of pets in Deadgrass Isle's Pet Cemetery. Add them to the household should you wish! Hone your vet skills and learn how to make ambrosia treats (revive pets from the dead).

• Participate in seances and learn the Paranormal Skill.

• Find love in Ciudad Futura

• Realm of magic: find, collect and bind familiars and duel with them to become unbeatable during magic duels.

• Collect voidcritters. You can also use this mod that allows adults to play voidcritters.

Meet Harry Heartmaker

Harry wants to be a successful rooftop farmer and make as many robots as he can to help him build a greener, sustainable future. Harry represents all that makes Ciudad Futura the city of the future: unafraid of technology, Harry uses his skills to make robots to perform essential tasks around the house and garden as technology and greenery co-exist in a wonderful synergy. Harry lives a quiet life, but despite being a little socially awkward, he starts to enjoy the company of his neighbours who are the same age as him and share some of his interests.

Gameplay:

• Futuristic & Eco lifestyle gameplay

• Robotics gameplay (Discover University skill, robotics table) & Cats and Dogs gameplay

• Complete the "Master Maker" aspiration

• Find love and explore romantic interests and boundaries in Ciudad Futura

Unzip trayfiles (attached to this post). Place DIRECTLY into your trayfolder. No sub-folders! Creations will be in your "Library" tab on start up. Follow the instructions in the previous post if you are updating your own save file! Dm's open! Please message me if you're unsure of anything.
