1. Introduction
Hey everyone, thanks for being here!
The response to the new creative direction has meant a lot, and moving to the website membership was a real show of trust that's let us do more with each release.
Two seasons in, here's a look at what's worked and what you've shown us so far.
2. Summary after 2 Seasons
Monthly Content
Wargaming Content
Large Terrains are still the highlight of the Wargaming Tier
OPR stats come up far less in the community than we expected
The unit counts feel about right across a range of game sizes
RPG Content
Monsters are consistently the favorite part of each release, with the large bosses out front
The PDFs as a whole still aren't reported as used much, though the stat blocks see plenty of use
The original race hybrids landed well beyond what we planned for
Combined Tier Rewards
The diorama sections have turned into one of the strongest parts of each release. They take real effort to print, and plenty of you are doing it regularly anyway.
The Seasonal dragons were always going to be a centerpiece - that's why we spend extra time and effort to make them spectacular!
Evervault Upgrades
Your digital library on our website has always been a center hub for downloads. But now it's also way easier to track your individual minis from each release, mark models as printed and painted and actually receive discounts based on ownership of parts of bundles if you want to complete a collection.
3. What's Coming for TPGEO
Customizer Upgrade - July 2026
The customizer has not had many improvements due to limited resources. But now the past months without customizer releases have allowed us to do some extra work to make the user experience much better. This includes a general user interface overhaul, support for mobile device usage and new, frequently requested functions like randomization or saving your designs. Another big addition is the option to purchase export credits - so that you can export a single character without getting the whole faction. Plus - everyone gets a free credit, while Combined Tier members on our site get 5 credits a month!
Prepare for a big promo for customizer bundles next month!
Here is a sneak peek of the app:
In the background, we are working on an engine overhaul as well. But that's a way longer process and might need extra crowdfunding to make it happen. Please do let me know if an improved Customizer is something you'd be interested in co-funding if we provided a better experience, more factions and choices.
Pick your Rewards - Coming in Q3
Yes, this was planned for Q2, but due to all the other day-to-day, had to be postponed so that we have a strong foundation on the website infrastructure to support this idea. In short, we aim to create a more tailored experience for you in the long run - so that you can choose what you fancy most. We are working hard to develop a proper membership plan that allows you to collect what you enjoy most, or use your membership bonus to collect something from the vast catalogue already published. No more "wasted" months just for loyalty streak building!
Evershards - Coming in Q3
Something we were also announcing earlier - an in-store currency so each purchase will give you something extra. And with the Pick your Rewards system, you'd be able to just get a bunch of the Evershards and exchange them for whatever models or bundles you'd like from the store collection.
4. Months In-Depth
Season 3 - Elves (faction naming in progress)
We've had lots of high, noble elves already. So we saught further into their Arthurian fey origins, making them the true to the dangerous beauty they had inside them all along.
Nine hundred years ago, during the first breach of the Veil caused by the forces of Bright, the Elves managed to escape their dying world and flee to Ternovis. Overwhelming in beauty, refined magic, and lavish gifts for their reluctant hosts – exotic materials, rare gems, and enchanted treasures – they settled in the lush green regions of the eastern lands, sharing a border with Ossaerium.
Many Elves quickly found common ground with the Undead. Some were even welcomed into Ossaerium’s courts, forging surprisingly fruitful diplomatic ties.
Two Elven Groups
Nobility Elves
The first group who arrived to Ternovis consisted of:
high nobility
wealthy families
powerful mages
scholars and artisans of great prestige.
These Elves maintained their traditional culture: graceful, composed, brilliant in magic, and immensely influential.
Wilder Elves
Later, a second group forced their way through the weakening Veil, led by a mysterious queen completely unknown to the first-wave Elven royalty. These Elves were… different. They had survived the horrors of the Bright aberration invasion. Its corrupting influence had partially seeped into them, reshaping something deep within:
cunning and wild
dangerously charming
unpredictable beneath a veneer of civility
touched by beauty that was just slightly wrong.
They claimed the southeastern lands, establishing their own enclaves.
July 2026 - The Bright Court - Beneath crystal spires and mirrored pools, the elves gather in beauty, wisdom, and ancient tradition.
Preview coming this week!
August 2026 - The Wild Hunt - When the horns sound beneath the moon, the masks of civilization fall away and the Hunt rides forth.
It's also TPGEO's Birthday Month, so expect lots of things going on, big discounts and fun contests!
September 2026 - Beyond the Veil - As the Veil grows thin, echoes walk beside the living and the hidden truths of the elves emerge from the dusk.
Season 4 - Ossaerium (faction naming in progress)
It's easy to make an evil-coded undead faction, like those in Warhammer Fantasy. It's a bit trickier to integrate them into the living world. But as slavs, we do enjoy our undead demons very much (that we wrote a D&D setting about it), so an attempt has been made!
Ternovis was originally inhabited by the Ternovians, for simplicity’s sake, they can be thought of as half-elves.
During the First Cycle, which struck 2,500 years ago, most of the Ternovians perished.
However, the Magisterium – a conclave of the most powerful families and mages – foreseeing their own inevitable deaths and knowing they could neither survive nor flee, chose a different path. They performed a ritual that allowed them to “live after death.” From this act, the first Undead were born:
Fully realized vampires – with Vampire Lord’s court.
Less successful variants created by those with incomplete knowledge (often the poor or desperate) such as wights.
October 2026 - The Shadow Provinces - In the forgotten quarters of Ossaerium, failed immortals, restless spectres, and ancient charioteers stalk moonlit streets in search of what they lost to death.
November 2026 - The Eternal Legions - The disciplined armies of the first empire still march beneath gilded standards, led by spectral magisters and noble Kirin riders sworn to eternal service.
December 2026 - The Imperial Reliquaries - Haunted relics, bound spirits, winged guardians, and ambitious mortals gather in the hidden courts where immortality is still bought, traded, and promised.
Please let me know what you think about the Roadmap for the second part of 2026!

Ah! At last a version I can read. Your website is living in shadow for me. This looks excellent, but I would expect nothing else from the fantastic, wondrous & spectacular people of PGEO.
In shadow as in... being dark-mode by default? 😅 Thank you so much for the kind words - made my day 😊
