1. Introduction
Hey there! I hope you're having a good end of year and managed to sneak in some hobby time 😊
As usual, thank you so much for being there and your support! Especially with the upcoming changes in our worldbuilding, that we have been introducing in the dev logs.
Read part 1 here and part 2 here.
So, are you excited to see what's coming? Let's delve right in!
2. Significant Changes
To remind you about the upcoming changes, here is a summary.
Monthly Content
Wargaming Content
Within the Wargaming Tier, you can expect:
Infantry Unit of 7-10 models, including a commander and banner bearer when relevant
Cavalry Unit of 3-5 models, including a commander and banner bearer when relevant
Elite Unit of 3-5 models, including a commander and banner bearer when relevant
Siege Machine or Beast of War
Wargaming Characters in numbers fitting the release (usually 2-5)
Large Terrain in the usual form of 1-5 buildings or a modular set
We also heard you loud and clear - you want OPR Stats. So we will deliver and get those sorted. Hope to see your EverOn Games armies at the table soon 😄
RPG Content
Within the RPG Tier, you can expect:
At least 4 NPCs like townsfolk or non-combat soldier versions
At least 4 Characters that are more fitting for PCs or important NPCs
At least 3 Medium Monsters (some in multiple poses)
3 Larger Monsters
Scatter Terrain set of at least 8 models
At least 15 Bases
PDF Content in the usual Adventure Kit format, but now as an 3 part anthology within the region
Alltogether, the Combined Tier would give you the complete experience for both Skirmish, Large-Scale Wargaming or RPG game use. Because of one theme for both releases, the overlap of designs could give you many more fun options, like the RPG Tier Characters becoming hero units, or using the infantry as a bunch of enemies in an RPG session.
Collectible Diorama
What's more, the Combined Tier will receive one part of a collectible terrain diorama each month during a season. At the end, you will end up with an epic game and display piece.
For season one, it's a unique architecture piece, showcasing the evolution of the Domani Republic and paying homage to their exodus.
Seasonal Reward
Many of you requested more loyalty rewards for long-standing support. Seasons are a great way to make those accessible and thematically cohesive. For a full, three month season of membership, you will be receiving an epic piece. And what's more epic than dragons 🔥?
Pick your Rewards - Coming Q2
We aim to create a more tailored experience for you in the long run - so that you can choose what you fancy most. We are working hard to develop a proper membership plan that allows you to collect what you enjoy most, or use your membership bonus to collect something from the vast catalogue already published. No more "wasted" months just for loyalty streak building!
3. Months In-Depth
Season 1 - Domani Republic
Overview (from Dev Log #2 - skip if you've read that one already)
‘Domani’ means tomorrow. So when the world broke, we did not kneel - we set sail. We read the tide, bargained with it, and we claimed our tomorrow.
The Domani were once masters of the sea — traders, explorers, and ship-builders whose floating cities crossed every horizon. When their world began to die, the oceans tore themselves open into vast, spiraling voids. With nothing left to lose, the Domani did what they had always done: they sailed.
Their fleets vanished into the storm… and emerged in another world.
Cast upon the shores of Ternovis, the survivors turned ships into homes, hulls into streets, and masts into watchtowers. Through sharp diplomacy, shrewd trade, and an unshakable refusal to admit weakness, humans rose from refugees to powerbrokers. The Domani Republic was born — loud and wealthy.
Proud and Venetian at Heart
Clean silhouettes and confident stances were chosen to evoke figures who don’t need excess to command attention. The inspiration draws quietly from Venetian history, where merchants became statesmen, and a maritime republic was ruled by those who understood the sea.
January - The Landing - the Republic's feet arrived at the shore. Now it's time to scout the land and establish settlements.
Preview with detailed model list coming tomorrow!February - The Harbour - create a trade outpost and secure your land. Use your airborne cavalry to cover vast areas swiftly.
March - The Siege - now that we've settled in, it's time to prepare for some fighting. That's what wargaming is about, ey? Build a fort, prepare some epic siege machines and ride out in style! Also, for the first time, an "official" crossbow unit, not just customizer bits.
January Adventure: Trouble at Tutto Market
Your journey begins in Tutto Market, the Domani Republic’s greatest spectacle — a riot of masks, minstrels, impossible goods, and reckless pride. But beneath the laughter, something is wrong. People are vanishing. Then, in full view of the crowd, a public outhouse collapses into itself — and panic finally cracks the city’s smile.
What starts as an investigation into a grotesque catastrophe soon leads beyond the market’s bright banners, into ruined outposts, cursed waters, and the marshlands of Melmosa Island — where shame itself has learned to bloom.
Season 2 - Orc Clans (faction naming in progress)
Overview
The orcs we are planning to create in this setting are not narrative devices the heroes need to hack through. This leaves little agency in the player's hands. Rather, they are brutal but sentient, scarred yet adaptable.
We decided for a somewhat celtic attire inspiration with an influence of bronze age armors.
To express their nature, there will be a spectrum of anatomies in that faction, from more heroic looking characters to lesser grunts. This way, anyone can find something fitting for their "orcish" needs. Shown below:
We will be publishing more dev logs, including a further overview of the Orc faction, in the following weeks.
April - Ash Winds Rising - a general introduction to the faction, with a base set of units and terrains, plus flavorful creatures.
May - Nesting Grounds - explosive blend of shamanic and dinos this month, with a HUGE cherry on top in the form of a Tarrasque!
June - Rituals - IMO, the most interesting units for orcs will be in June, with cliff hoppers inspired by Canary Island shepherds, and elite rutial guardians. And more dinos!
Please let me know what you think about the Roadmap for the first part of 2026!

This all seems like a really good direction. I'll be subscribing on January. Not that your current offerings aren't amazing, but this certainly pushes me off the fence. I particularly like the idea of eventually having something like a credit you could potentially use on past releases if the current months release wasn't to your taste.
Many thanks! Yup, that's roughly the idea, accumulating in-store currency.
Kept going back and forth about whether to stay on this adventure or part ways, but this post has me super excited for what’s coming up. Will definitely be sticking around to see how these first few seasons go. Awesome work!! Really dig the story, and appreciate the crossover possibilities between WG and RPG. Can’t wait for OPR stats as well 😃
Whoa, this is huge, thank you so much for the trust! I really, really hope the new stuff will suit you!
Is this still lotr content - or is this something completely new? I’m a bit confused about this. Looks cool. 😎
Well, the content can be used for any games you like if you find it fitting for the specific units or characters. It is however a new worldbuilding direction we are taking you on a ride with us 😄 Still sword&sorcery like lotr, but with more creative freedom to make epic stuff!
Celtic orcs sound awesome can't wait to see what more y'all come up with!!!!!
You read it through so quickly! Thank you so much - we'll try the best we can to make cooler and cooler models 😄
