Series 1500 IPE

Since everybody loved the 218, and I still needed some Civilian hulls, I've gone ahead and made a frigate scale implementation of the concept. Introducing the Series 1500

I won't be winning any awards with this one, but with their completion I think I have enough domestic hulls for a credible 1.0 release. The goal is not to provide the 3 factions in this mod with a totally bespoke roster, they will use vanilla items! But I need enough domestic items that Arkgneisis can credibly feel like something truly from outside the influence of the Domain of Man

There's still a lot of work to be done, campaign writing and testing, mechanical polish, portraits and illustrations, and the station still to make. But we're much closer to a first public version than I expected to be within the near future.
