Milestones & Milestone Mods are new, so I always suggest to Back-Up your saves for safety!
Mod: Cheat-ADD / REMOVE milestones:

It can add/remove milestones originating from the game OR from any mod too
Can Add / Remove with or without a specific Sim (up to you)
You can specify in what age to add / remove

Infants get an extra cheat:
Under 'Remove Milestone (General)', there is also a cheat to 'Wipe Out All Milestones'.
"View all milestones with specific sim" lets you do exactly that, for example, see all milestones your Sim has about Bella Goth.
NEXT UPCOMING FEATURES:
Randomizer: allocate milestones randomly to a Sim to give them a background story
View by age: the game groups Child / teen together and adult / YA / Elder together. This is an alternate menu showing milestones by age group.

Hii, thanks for all your work! The game wouldn’t be half as interesting without it. Would you know what is causing added milestones to not route chronologically? When I add a milestone that didn’t log, it goes before all the other milestone instead of after the last one.
I rechecked it as of today and found one circumstance in which I could improve it in terms of how it will order milestones, so I did that. Milestones that are targeted don't really have a problem but for the general ones, for example if you add retroactively that a sim started a business and add it again later, chances they will show grouped together. These are some idiosyncracies that I don't exactly know how to solve or if they can. I have noticed that it is the same thing in other mods that have any sort of Milestone cheats as well.

i've noticed that my milestones are grouping in alphabetical order, not appearing chronologically even though i've entered them that way...is there a way to reorder them so that they appear in the correct sequence?

Hi, no worries, I just use a generic image to point where links are. Sometimes there are several versions for certain mods, but other times no. If there's only one, there is no need to check version instructions

You don't 'need' to, but thos are better cheats than the ones in Milestones Expanded, which I am removing from there consequently :)
