Modding Diary - Upcoming CC pack + Police Interactions

Hi guys! Happy Easter! 🥚🥚😃😃
I don't have a whole lot to show this week, I spent a lot of time figuring things out and fixing bugs so it will be a shorter post today.

First of all I made this moodlet for the abandoned baby mod when a sim first decides to abandon their baby, and before I was able to go any further I realized that there was a bug where if your sim travels while carrying the basket they will automatically put the basket down on the ground before travelling 😑This issue doesn't exist in the baby carrier basket mod and I was baffled. It took me all day to learn that the carrier basket has to be bought from build and buy (it can't be created through an interaction) or else sims can't travel with it while carrying it💀Why you ask? only EA and god knows. And i guess im just going to have to accept it. but a whole day was ✨wasted✨ thanks to that

Then I was able to make some progress on the runaway child mod. After you call the police an officer will show up on your lot. Also I didnt realize until I took the screenshot that the officer is the childs birth mother 💀

Anyways, after they arrive you will be able to use 5 interactions to help them understand the situation

And you will see a notification of their responses

Your sim will also get one of 4 moodlets after (30% chance)

Annnd we also have a new Gaming room CC pack coming! All the objects are finished by now I just need to work on getting them in game but look at how cute it is! 🤩

the PC and the chair are both gonna have RGB lights, and it took me forever and a half to figure out how to get it to work, but i think it looks really nice! ☺️Im going to get everything ready for download next week!
