Modding Diary - The Final Stretch
I'm finishing up the last few pieces for the still birth update!
First of all I finished the support interaction for the birth partner and added moodlets for them, the moodlet will be different depending on how many babies are born, here's a preview for one of them
Then I worked on the still birth percentage chance, its very rare so I also added a cheat interaction in case you want to trigger it manually
When a sim is having a still birth baby they might occasionally get a moodlet that says something feels off, or sometimes they might not get a moodlet at all until you are at the hospital doing a check up or giving birth.
This is what you will see if you ask the doctor to check on the baby's heartrate with a stethoscope during labor
this is what you will see if you get an ultrasound scan
once confirmed by the doctor you can get induced with Pitocin, after which you will be fully dilated and ready to deliver the baby
and right now I am also working on adding compatibility with RPO and LMS's miscarriage mod to make sure they dont clash with each other.
After that I have just a couple more things to finish and the update will be ready. Im hoping to have it available next week! 馃憗锔忦煈侊笍

Hi!!! I just updated with the stilbirth update. I think you did a marvealous job. You really took the time to write the right things for this situation. Thank you. I was wondering, are you also going to make an option to tell the other kids about the still birth? It would be nice to have some sort of interaction with them too about this. Or friends and family. <3
