Modding Diary - Stillbirth animation and moodlet

Hi guys! hope you all are well!

first of all thank you all for your comments on my last modding diary. I dont think i realized just how common pregnancy loss can be and I want to say thank you to everyone who shared their stories🫂

This week I worked on the birth animation for stillbirth.

the animation mostly follows the same sequence as the regular birth animation. The doctor assists your sim to push

and after one last push the doctor will pull out the baby

when the baby is handed to your sim it will be put into a swaddle

you will hear your sim wimpier and cry when they bring the baby to their arms

they will hold the baby tightly in their arms

give them a kiss

hold on to them a little longer, then the baby would disappear

your sim will get one of seven moodlets about the birth afterwards

next week I will work on the partners reaction. and perhaps a memory box for your sim to take home with them.
