💌 How my Patreon works – and why I do things the way I do 💌
Hey my dear Sims lovers,
I wanted to take a moment to clearly explain how things work here – especially for new members or curious visitors. Transparency and kindness matter a lot to me. 🌿
✨ What you get here
I create high-quality, cozy Sims 4 builds using beautiful Alpha CC. These are designed with love and a lot of time for those who enjoy detailed storytelling, immersive interiors, and charming worlds.
🌟 Patreon Membership Levels:
🏠 Family House → Pick 1 build per month 💫
🏡🏡 Mansion → Pick 2 builds per month 💫
🏡🏡🏡🏡 Castle → Pick 4 builds per month 💫
🔓 Get Them All → Access to ALL builds via a private folder
📁 I only sell tray files & no custom content 🧡
I only sell tray files - that means you get the building files from me that you can use to place my builds in your game. For required custom content (CC), I adhere to the TOU of the creator and is therefore divided into three areas:
1. 🧺 CC folder: Here you will find all CC files that I am legally allowed to make available to you because I have the creator's permission to share them.
2. 📎 Required CC: These are linked objects, but I am not allowed to provide them directly, as it would violate the terms of use (TOU) of the respective creator - e.g. in the case of paid content or because creators want to keep updating these files. To make it easier for you to find them, I will carefully select the links for you.
3 📸 Screenshot CC: The CC folder also contains a screenshot showing other objects used. These are:
Optional CC from sets or individual downloads
Orphaned links or content that I can no longer find
Content from creators who frequently delete their posts
So you can still see which objects I have used - even if they are no longer linked in a post. These files are often older and available in all-in-one folders at the respective creator.
👉 To see the building exactly as in my photos in the game, you need:
Tray Files + Required CC + CC folder + (Screenshot CC if necessary)
💡 Tip: Have the courage to leave a gap! 🧩
Whether you're missing an extra cushion or a pan in a cupboard - it's hardly noticeable in the overall picture. It's much more important that you have fun and enjoy the style. ✨

I'll do my best to answer your questions quickly. But please understand: I'm also mum to a young daughter 👶 and sometimes life gets in the way. 🌿
🌍 Depending on where you live, there may be time differences - but I usually get back to you within 24 hours, very rarely it takes up to 48 hours. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience and trust. 💌
