Birthday 30
Exactly one month ago was my 30th birthday. Normally, when it's my birthday I temporarily increase the download limit to celebrate.
However, this time the website was plagued with issues. First the thumbnail generator crashed and took down the site. Shortly after fixing that, the database ran into a memory management problem and was repeatedly crashing. This database issue was more problematic. It took me two weeks to get it fixed.
While working on the database problem I had made a mistake that broke the caching system, this caused the download performance to tank. It took me a while to find out what was happening. Yesterday I came back from a camping trip and quickly patched the site (I figured out the issue by looking at site stats on my phone in the woods).
That about sums up the month May. I must say it was quite exhausting. I hope pixeldrain doesn't run into another major problem soon, that would properly wear me out.

I have also increased the free download limit to 30 GB temporarily. I'm not sure when I'm dropping it back to normal, probably in a week or two. Or when the servers catch fire. Whichever comes first.
