EARLY ACCESS: Jumanji

For years Zathura was the only sequel to Jumanji and now it just gets glossed over, like the unloved stepchild of the Jumanji series. Thing is, it really, really good. Please don't leave it out 🙏
Love it. And the sequels, made much later, are quite good, yet different enough to feel more modern.
Well if you want a movie spiders in it, then I have to ask. Have you ever seen "7 Guardians of the Tomb"? Because wow, you thought Arachnophobia was bad...
Please please please do not skip over Zathura (2005). It is the next installment in the Jumanji universe before you get to the modern Jumanji's. Most people skip it because the name isn't Jumanji, but it is actually the next film in the universe of Jumanji.
You including Zathura in this too? While it's Space-themed, it's in the same universe as the Jumanji films—and you'll otherwise have only two other movies (Welcome to the Jungle and The Next Level) since Open World doesn't release until December.
Games I could survive: computer chess, MS Solitaire.
Chess, mahjong, checkers, rummy, poker, there's lots of games that have been around 200 years or more
Not to mention you have the Royal Game of Ur and Senet. Those are board games thousands of years old, both of which were played by ancient Egyptian pharaohs.
June-manji is pretty good. But there are multiple "Friday" movies, so you could do Franchise Friday Friday
I’m so excited for this!! Such a dose of nostalgia!
