It's not so much that you're ending on a cliffhanger this week. It's more so that 80 is the clear wrap to this particular part of the story and the new thing begins. Again... I would recommend doing just one episode next week. But of course... all just suggestions. You do you.

The reason Eren and Zeke didnt touch and used their power when Eren was at the hospital was because they needed Tybur to declare war on them first, and explain to the world what kind of threat they would be.
This was one of several "plot holes" that bugged me for a while, and this is a good explanation. Also that triggering a test rumbling while they're still on Marley, their main target, might be dangerous for them, lol.
You were two thirds right about the title of the episode. Indeed it was about Zeke and Eren, and Colt and Falco. But what is really cool that it was also about Marcel and Porco

"i have a feeling each episode is going to emotionally wreck me." no, theyre not all bad. what episode we on again? ........oh dear.... remember, porco and reiner were up to be the armored titan. porco wouldve had it had his brother not wanted to protect him by talking up reiner and talking down porco. a little inside look into eren's mind and what zeke caught on is the baseball was supposed to signify a handshake between two people in agreement since they were being careful not to touch. but eren didnt catch the ball. 😏 zeke had a small doubt eren was on board after that. it would be like someone going "oh, i dont wanna shake hands right now, theyre sweaty." But what also piled on zekes doubt is eren tried to stop zeke from screaming. they didnt want to touch then because they were off paradis and they wanted to do a small rumbling to show off their power and they couldnt do that in marley.
This episode hits like a hammer. So much happens so fast each more shocking than the last. As for your question why they didn't do it at Marley is because Eren had to take out the Marley military before they could do their plan.
