i noticed you missed the nolan reveal lol
Yay! Genocide!
Thaedus being voiced by Optimus Prime gives him a whole ‘nother level of aura
You missed the line after his dad finished beating him up “Make Argall proud, Nolan.” Making clear that it’s in the past 😅 good save tho! The backstory of Viltrum and why Nolan ended up on Earth is so interesting, and the fact that a moustache is evidence enough of being a Viltrumite? 😂 The ring of bodies around the planet was siiiiick..
I can't wait to see Cameron's edit of your obliviousness over Nolan's backstory in the beginning lol I can already imagine the zoom in to the name that you talked over, the replay of you saying, “he looks like mark” and “that guy (who is his father) looks like Nolan!” It’s gonna be hilarious Also "that guy looks like Conquest!" Natalie come on it's a flashback keep up
I am thinking the physics of the whole sun/shadow freezing the creatures section is completely unbelievable. Unwatchable! Delete!
The solar ring I could talk myself into believing. But the ship? 😭 even I couldn’t justify it
HYEEELLOOOO! The flash back section was young Nolan and you just yapped over the reveal!!! BUT it is not from the comics and is something that exist solely for the show, they have a few things added for the show and changed a bit, and I don't want to mention anything, just in case they are just changing the timeframe of when thangs happen.. Also that was CONQUEST, that is how he lost his arm.
This is definitely one of the best episodes in terms of storytelling in this show, and it does such a good job of showing just how Nolan was raised and with which philosophies he grew up. It really got me when I realised that Nolan had likely never felt the warmth of a hug or any physical affection until he reached Earth and married Debbie (definitely never from his parents). And no it definitely doesn't make you a bad person for not feeling that way, with all that we know and how they have treated the people of Earth, it is hard to feel anything for them retrospectively. But to have been the second ever Viltrumite to ever rebel against the empire (not including Mark) just shows you the growth and evolution Nolan has gone through over the 18 or so years of him being on Earth, compared to the thousands of years of brainwashing from the empire before.
You aren't a bad person, you're realistic lol.
You've met the Thanos of Viltrumites.
Already a top 5 episode of the show.
