Nothing makes me happier than knowing Nat will soon watch the Top Gun Saga
I have a feeling she may not like it. I have seen quite a lot of people here crap on it and knowing nat, she sees those comments and will watch it with a pre conceived notion to not like it. I hope its not the case.

Speed is definitely a quintessential 90’s action flick. Just pure fun from start to finish. Btw can we get some love for The Crow here.

Top Gun is a good movie but its not amazing at all. Braveheart on the other hand, based on a real person and amazing. All of these are movies well worth a watch TBH.
Braveheart is based on a real person, but about everything in the movie is betraying the real person. Even the year the movie is set in the opening. Not to spoil too much, but we all know that William Wallace died at the end of his life (like all things do). And when that happened Isabella of France was 9 or 10 years old, and 12 years when she got married. And this film claimed to be historical and not fictional.
I'd love to see Dragon Heart show up on one of these. I think you'd really like it.
Top Gun is SO overrated. Not a terrible film, just really not a great one. Would gladly take Braveheart, Skyfall (after you watch QoS...), or Speed over that one!
Its literally not an overrated film by any stretch, when it came out it didnt do the best in the box office but only over time people started to enjoy it more and it holds up visually and cinematically which is where that movie shines.
If I may The Boondock Saints or Sicario. i will die on this hill. <3

Any way I can post a negative vote for Top Gun? Ridiculous, jingoistic nonsense. But I'm sure it was good for recruitments. Top Gun Maverick is about 100 times better.
It may not be 'Citizen Kane' but there's a reason its so popular - its entertaining and people love it. And its nearly 40 years old, for context.

Despite how campy the first top gun movie is. I think Nat will appreciate a lot of the film shots and stunts. However so many people have crapped on that movie so much here in this community that Nat will absolutely go into it WANTING to hate it. So im not sure if this will be a good reaction. Before I wanted her to see it but so many people here in this community have done their mission to make sure nat goes into it with a bad taste. I have a feeling its going to be reaction that pisses a lot of people off who been wanting her to see this movie for a couple years now including myself. I even think she wont like Top Gun Maverick as overly critical as she can be to not simply sit back and enjoy a movie.

M&C also has the distinction of being a very accurate depiction of sailing in that era. An historical film that actually sticks mostly to history is always preferable to me to an almost totally fictional "historical' film like Braveheart.
I was trying to remember what happened in Skyfall and realised I haven’t seen a Bond movie since Quantum. Like it burned me on the whole franchise. Still voted for Speed because it’s a perfect film. I will say Top Gun is important to watch so you understand 95% of the jokes in Hot Shots.

This was a tough one. My inclination was to say SkyfaIl. Instead, I chose Top Gun, not because I like it, but because the sequel is one of the most entertaining summer blockbusters in a long time.

I voted Top Gun almost more because I want Natalie to see the sequel... I actually think Skyfall is the best movie of these 5 on their own merits though!
Id vote skyfall but not before doing quantum of solace. Quantum isnt the greatest movie but its not bad and its a direct continuation of casino. And they all tie together in a pretty significant way.

I'm frequently stunned by which movies do well and which don't. I'm a bit shocked top gun is doing so well. I didn't have a horse in this race as I dont eally have a preference.
Top gun is winning I think because it's been in so many polls since this channel started and finally people are like "Yeah its time" lol.

Alright, really solid list all around here. Top Gun is by far the worst actual movie on this list (it's still pretty solid), but it is a gateway to Top Gun Maverick which is excellent, still think I have to vote for Skyfall which is my fav Bond film.
Okay top gun, please win. I think the very fun, campy classic will be good reaction, then that leads into the masterpiece of Top Gun Maverick, where 90% of the movie is done by actual stunt pilots. Top Gun 1 had real stunts too, but all the actors shots were green screened and props. Not the sequal however xD

I've seen all of these and personally voted for Speed, because it's the most fun one overall for me.
If you're going to watch Craig's Bond movies, go back to Lazenby's 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' for some very significant context before you get to 'No Time to Die'.

Not for nothing but Reservoir Dogs is an amazing film! But I get that Tarantino is just not for everyone.
If you do Skyfall would recommend possibly doing Bond in order and watch Quantum of Solace if haven't already
Yeah, you might as well watch the other (modern) Bond movies too. They are all pretty good. I woulnd't mind some of the old movies either, although some of those (especially the Roger Moore era) are very cheesy.
Tough choice! Speed is fun, but, Skyfall is my pick! This is a great movie & perhaps the best out of the Daniel Craig Series! Looking forward to Nat's reaction to this one! And, yes, its OK to skip Quantum of Solace LOL!

Speed is a must. Skyfall probably the best Bond movie ever. Honestly every single one of these is a win. These are all incredible.

Oh come on, they're all fun but Braveheart is a freaking epic with one of the best scores ever written for film, and a boat load of well deserved Oscars. Nat will be totally blown away by it; it's literally one of the best movies ever made, and she's loved other historical epics she's seen. Do what's best for your reaction...er? Reactionmaker? Reaction producer? Anyway. Think about what's best for Nat, and vote responsibly. :-D EDIT: Wait, I got it! Reactioneer! You're a professional Reactioneer, Natalie! And if your audience won't do the right thing, please pull Braveheart out of the polls and watch it for yourself, whether or not you do a reaction for it. It's a grand sweeping historical epic with music you will never forget, and I'm serious, it's widely regarded as one of the best film scores ever. Many consider it to be composer James Horner's best work, except then he went on to do the incredible score for Titanic just a few years later. Don't let the constraints of a poll cause you to miss out on one of the greats. At least plan to watch it at some point.
