Fixed an error that would be raised if no Home Regions settings file was found. This mainly affected first-time users of the mod.

hello :) thank you for amazing work and making this game actually playable. quick question: i remember there was once a feature where i could assign several sims to certain world through clicking on mailbox. is that no longer available or was it moved somewhere else? can't find it :/
It used to be on the terrain debug menu, not the mailbox, but in any case those interactions are now on a CC object called the Home Regions Townie Globe, which looks like the small tabletop decorative globe from the base game. As the number of Worlds increased, the number of picker interactions needed to be generated was getting high and causing quite a bit of lag. I've done what I can to mitigate that, but since there are other reasons to use the terrain debug menu, I ended up moving them to their own object so they didn't inconvenience anything else. The interactions are also available in the debug menu on suitcases and bookbags.
