Here is a WIP of the Blitz Striker nest. This nest is made of fulgurite, a glass formed when lighting hits sand. The bottom will be cushioned with tropical foliage that the Blitz Strikers can find in their natural habitat. Unlike other dragons, the Blitz clutch size is only one egg.

The Biolumin egg will be different than other dragon's eggs. It will be slightly see-through and players will be able to see a Baby Bio fetus inside. Here is a WIP of the Bio fetus model as we are posing it to fit in the egg.

We decided to go in a different direction with the Biolumin's nest. This new design is inspired by Swiftlet nests and is made from the Bio's own spit. The nest will be able to be made on the ground like the other nests, or it can also cling to the sides of cave walls to give the nest and parents ext

Here is an early WIP of the Biolumin's nest model. The nest is created with mud and plant matter from the Bio Flower. The mud is rich in fungal spores which causes mycelium and mushrooms to grow on the outside of the structure.

Brigade has finished the Nurse nest! The Nurse Dragon creates a basic stone nest to hold the eggs as she lays a full clutch before moving them into her neck pouch to incubate.

It's time to start making the next set of nests to prepare for the next two dragons to be worked on; the Singe Crest and yet-to-be named Nurse Dragon. The Nurse dragon nest will be built from stones, similar to what can be seen in its concept art.

The last nest for Genesis is now complete. Inspired by crocodile nests, the Inferno Ravager's nest is a dome shaped pile of ashes and charcoal. This soft cushion of coals is perfect to incubate the Inferno's eggs and keep them at just the right temperature. Now Brigade will move on to her next proje

Brigade is working on the final nest for the Genesis update. The Inferno Ravager's nest is made out of soft ash and coals. It is piled into a mound similar to how crocodiles form their nests.

The baby Flame Stalkers are going to nice and toasty in their stump nests with the new fire effects made by Flicker. Each nests will react when the parent uses their breath on it, showing you that the conditions are just right for your little eggs to incubate.

In the Open Testing event, you saw the first version of nesting. However, further in development, nesting will become a lot more complex. Two future icons for v2 nesting and beyond is Gestating and New Clutch. Gestating will work as a timer and lets you know when the eggs are being created inside of

Brigade has finished the Flame Stalker nest today and did an awesome job. The Flame Stalker's nest is made from an old, burnt stump with ash in the middle. This nest perfectly camouflages with the Lava Lands, the Flame Stalker's native biome, as all the trees in that landscape have burn damage. The

Not all the nests of the dragons will be the traditional style of nests like the first two. The Flame Stalker builds its nest in an old burnt stump. The stump will be scorched, just like all the trees in the Lava Lands biome, and will be full of ash and coals to keep the eggs nice and toasty.

The Shadow Scale's nest is now complete thanks to our Environmental Asset Artist, Brigade. The Shadow Scale's nest is made out of sticks and twigs from the trees in the Forgotten Forest, which have a special coating which makes them resistant to fire. This makes them perfect for eggs requiring Plasm
