Development Pipeline: Tail IK TEST and General IK Polish
We are working on polishing the IK of the dragons in UE5. The IK is what makes the feet and body line up properly with the environment and terrain.
We are also testing out a new form of IK in this video that would affect the tails of the dragon. Please keep in mind, this is only a test of the feature and has not been polished.

Awesomeness
Oh this is awesome. Will probably help with harder terrain, so we don't get flung forwards all the time, depending if there are hard edges.
It's way better, but you may want to check the skin weights between the tail and body. When the tail is higher than the body, the skin looks too rigid, I'm not an expert but that might be the issue. And I want to say that you're doing fantastic with the fixes and the new dragons :)
I love the idea! amazing
Will the IK take effect during all animations or just locomotion?
very nice 👍
Love it
i LOVE that you guys are working to make even the tails align properly with the world of jrakhon
good improvement. It would be natural for the tail to drag the ground at times. I'm no programmer. I'm sure it's a challenge to set that section of the tail so there is collision with the surface similar to the feet. Keep it up!!!
This looks great, although it seems that the tail part still needs further adjustment, it's nice to see that the game is becoming more refined and realistic.
that is amazing, yes plz
this looks amazing!
Impressive!
Maybe they can look to the side/back when they walk backwards?
This is really good love it
