Development Pipeline: Shimmer Skin Effect WIP
We've said since the beginning that the the Exclusive skins will be special. Here's why.
Kickstarter, Patreon, and other rare skins will all have an iridescent effect, making them shimmer in the sunlight. It is currently planned to have this trait independently inheritable by offspring of one of these special skins. This means even offspring have a chance of inheriting the Shimmer no matter which parent's skin they take after. However, the chance is very rare and even those who inherit the skin color might not inherit the Shimmer.

so there's a low chance of getting shimmer when nested. But you can get nested in by someone with the skin and possibly get the shimmer effect even if they're not a kick starter?
Not at this time
how do we get shimmer?
I don’t have shimmer on my Patreon red skin tho
You will get it when you reach 100 € support here on patreon. Black and white shimmer is only for kickstarter

BoB skins glow. This isn't glowy

That’s really pretty - it would look gorgeous on a Melanistic Shadow Scale.
