Development Pipeline: Singe Crest Beam VFX

Flicker is now working on the Singe Crest's bile "attack"; the Cauterizing Beam. The Singe Crest will use his extremely hot fire to instantly cauterize wounds on friendly dragons to help them heal faster. These attacks will have some range so the Singe Crest can assist allies during battle while staying back to avoid damage.
