Development Pipeline: Plasma Blast Charge VFX
Flicker has finished the Plasma Blast bile attack. The last touch she made was a beautiful charge effect. Shadow Scales can choose to use less bile for quick Plasma Blasts or spend lots of bile on more powerful charged attack.

It looks pretty good as such, the particles around the mouth look weird. A glow from the throat or mouth would look better.
