Sound design tips
Got seven sound design tips for you! (btw almost all tiers sold out as we speak so do join now if you want in)
I'm taking a whole week off to work on music, so got good stuff coming your way. We've been quite technical for a while, so let's get more into creative things for a second.
📺 COMING SOON:
I have my new EP out now, so I'm stoked working on new tunes of my own.
Expect a new "Short Studio Masterclass" video where I'm sharing thoughts and tips as I'm working on a new tune, hoping to inspire you again.
If I'm being honest, it's those types of videos that inspire me the most these days as a producer: stuff that gives you ideas.
Relating to that: will also talk about creativity soon and want you to join the convo!
🎚️…and don't worry, mixing stuff ain't going to stop - will check out more John Summit, Kyle Walker, Jamies Jones etc.
BTW have you seen all the mixing / mastering videos? There' 50+ already!
Man…isn't music the most amazing thing?
I've been at it for 34 years, I just got a new EP out, and what do I want to do to celebrate…make more music! And inspire you, too. Because music made me and gave me a whole career.
That's why I'm sending these tips your way.
Sat down today and felt so grateful that I'm still doing and loving all this and it's my living…I started making music in 1992! (I was 12 then, and 46 now)

The chord slide sounds like the pad in Dillinja - Threshold. Definitely going to be trying this!
Yeah it honestly works so nicely sometimes, spicing up a chord! BTW the tune you mention, just heard it again the other day: very toasty :D
