Raid: Sarcastic Legends
Hi all, hope you're all well, few awesome updates.
I have been contacted by NordVPN, a company I actually trust, and offered a sponsorship, i would feel comfortable taking this as they are a company I can actually endorse.
I have also been contacted by various marketing companies to create a 15 min sponsored video for the new mobile MMO 'DISGAEA Mobile', and asked to include 'Raid: Shadow legends' video ad segments in my videos.
I want to assure all of you, I am negotiating heavily and will only agree to them if they allow me to be incredibly sarcastic, I will not agree to any advert that forces me to be 100% positive.
New upload schedule is
Monday
Wednesday
Saturday
With twitch streams directly after for 2 to 3 hours.

There have been a few R:SL ads I enjoyed quite a bit, eg Internet Historian's. It can be done well, but first you need to probably get them to agree to be able to do it. NordVPN sponsorship is decent, glad to hear you get requests for sponsorship :)
The raid shadow legends people are the most scummy of all the scummy mobile developers. I wouldn't want to make my bed with them. I seriously doubt they will give you the money you request, and they most definitely won't allow you the freedom to give criticism.
I do get that the monetary incentives are a fair reason why YouTubers say yes to R:SL sponsorships, especially since they're so omnipresent that a lot of viewers will often glaze over them. But given that they provided sponsorships to at least one white supremacist, I find the idea of accepting their money a bit distasteful myself. Still, I'm glad you approached these offers with your usual manner of sarcasm and aplomb, even apart from the outcome of them thus saying no (their loss, imo) Oh, and also thank you for being so upfront and transparent with us 💜
Transparency is hugely important to me, the main currency between creator and audience is trust, and if i do anything dishonest on the channel, i damage that trust.

Its the patreon support that gives me the power to say no. I might even make a video on it
Oh god 3k. That's some serious money. I get the appeal, but it's still gambling. I'd be hard pressed to even call it a game. Even worse when we're talking about a young demographic.
Yep. Raid offered me 1600 dollars for a 90 second ad. Then Disgaea offered 2000 dollars for a 15 min gameplay review, but it must be positive. Ive turned down both, but now you know why people say yes
Please don't be a Raid shill. That (among some other facts) made me loose faith in lazypeon among others. Even if sarcastic, some people don't get sarcasm. NordVPN is good though, habe been using that myself for years now.
Raid have said no to my request for sarcasm so they get no ad. The reason people accept it, is they offer around 3k per sponsored video.
But isn't it the greatest MMO, with the loads new content recently added, that provides non-stop action? :P
