LOVESTUCK - EPISODE 23

I remember liking this episode a lot! Usually a situation like that would just be left alone "all is well that ends well". I was anxious just reading ep18 at the time imagining being placed in a situation like that😅 I would've been just as angry (if not more) at Jake after a situation like that. From a reader perspective I loved the "progress" though that Jake's actions caused 😆

So much tension, but I loved the talk. Jake riding the high of meeting Izzy before the consequences of his actions rear up again. It went well, but Kino not appreaciating the move and also thinking about Noel or whoever else it could have been is nice to see. Jake knowing he messed up and admitting to it is great. While the overexagerated apology was at the party, which I know was honest, this one you can feel the actual full weight of him realizing how he messed up. And he takes what Kino is saying seriously. Even making sure Kino doesn't feel like he is making a big deal out of this. That ending panel though. You can see the tension over what happened. Curious to see how this will go. Thank you for the chapter. I enjoy seeing them simply being able to talk about what happened openly. No shouting, simply a real talk about boundaries. Hope you have a great week and take care!

aww I feel terrible for Jake 😭 I totally understand Kino's perspective too. I'm sure Jake does what he thinks is best, but it can read as too much sometimes. it's good that friends can talk honestly like this, but I'm sending good vibes to Jake rn 🙏🙏
