Nitro Express - Updated 60fps Mod

This is a mod I updated for Nitro Express. The original version of the mod can be seen here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/3088250/discussions/0/682990732301103106/

The mod adds 60-fps support for the game. And I updated the mod to fix various bugs and also improved the 60-fps support. The original game runs at 30fps with aiming updated at 15fps. My version of the mod makes the game AND the aiming run at 60fps.

Here's a full list of changes and remaining issues that I didn't fix:

Changes from v1.02 60fps mod:

• Added analog stick bounce filter (inspired by this solution: https://joostdevblog.blogspot.com/2011/10/bouncy-stick-problem.html)

• Added 60fps aiming (only for gamepad instinct)

• Adjusted ammo drain rate of the flamethrower to be closer to the game in 30fps mode.

• Fixed "hide in box" mechanic

• Adjusted firerate for SMG, Assault Carbine, and Bullpup PDW to be closer to 30fps mode.

• Fixed "kicking door can softlock the game in tutorial"

New issues:

• The small gun "click" sound effect when turning is gone (same sound effect when pressing LB to reset aim)

Issues there were partially fixed:

• Adjusted damage of laser irradiator (still too high -- a better fix would to be to make it deal damage every other frame).

• Adjusted damage output of the flamethrower (damage is pretty close, but a better fix would be to revert damage to its original value and make it deal damage every other frame).

Issues that were not fixed:

• Aiming using gamepad "classic" is still at 30fps

• Character rotation during mouse controls is still 30fps

• Kicking results in a delayed double hit on locked lockers in the gun selection room
