The wallpaper/logo download system I added back in October had a bug that could cause a crash after a few seconds, but only when downloading a wallpaper for certain games and only on certain systems.

I've got a bunch of other changes and improvements planned, but each time I learn about a crashing issue I want a fix released as soon as possible, hence this version.

This version also fixes the Resident Evil 0 trainer so its door skip mod works with the latest version of RE0.

Change log:

• RE0 trainer: Updated door skip to work with latest version of the game.

• RE0 trainer: Temporarily disabled the outfit overrider as it needs an update to work with the game again.

• Fixed a bug preventing the mod manager from automatically finding Elden Ring install path.

• Fixed a crash that could happen some seconds after the mod manager started due to a bug in the code for downloading wallpapers/logos.
