Latest version of RE Framework modifies the game so it's okay to load user-made PAK files and, as far as I know, loading custom PAK is the only replace many of the textures the game uses. This mod manager version updates the filename scheme used when installing PAK mods so it uses what Wilds expects.
Note that there's limit right now where PAK mods can only consist of one PAK each and nothing else. I'll improve that behavior in a future update. And if there's anything else that pops up related to MH Wilds, I'll try to update my mod manager as soon as I can.
Change log:
When installing PAK mods for Monster Hunter Wilds, the mod manager now uses the new "sub" naming scheme.
Fixed a bug where right-clicking didn't correctly back out of AddonFor mod menus.
Added a brief message that's shown if wallpaper and logo download fails.

Tried install a Armor Mod for Monster Hunter Wilds and it shows me the texture but not the Model of the Armor what can the problem be? Fluffy is newest version, REFramework is installed, installed everything as the ModMaker mentioned. Seems to work at other peoples PCs but not at mine and its making me mad. Did use your trouble shooting guide and tried it again just moments ago but does not work also you say in your guide to press the "Re-read game archives" button but i cant find it? I only have a "Re-create mod info cache" button. The Mod is a ZIP file, with in it is a PAK file, every other mod i tryd is working fine except this one. Im going insane. Please help me Fluffy
I'm not sure what's going wrong. I would do the steps in the trouble-shooting guide to verify your game install is clean, get the latest version of RE Framework (you can do that from inside the mod manager), and then try to do install the mod By the way, "re-read game archives" only matters for RE Engine games older than Dragon's Dogma 2. Newer RE Engine games can't be modded the same way. I should update my trouble-shooting guide to reflect that
