Last Sword Miniatures

Hey there, friends and adventurers! You’re the heart of our community, so we want YOU to help decide what comes next for the High Kingdom collection. We’ve got tons of cool ideas for new miniatures, but we want to know what excites you the most! This poll is live on both Patreon and MyMiniFactory, a

Here you have a painted miniature of the release of the month. We tried to avoid too bright colors to emphasize the peasant look.

Knights on Winged Hippogriffs: Final Unit of the Month We've been moving a bit slower this month, but we’re excited to finally share the Knights on Winged Hippogriffs with you. We know many of you have been eagerly waiting, and here they are! Three different models, each with their own style, and al

Inspired by the history and legend of James the Conqueror, and based on the famous statue located in the city of Valencia, we present the imposing Dragon Slayer Duke. This miniature perfectly captures the presence of a legendary warrior, with his majestic axe and shield, and of course, the iconic wi

This month, we’ve been working on something special: the Trebuchet of Neverra. With detailed design and a full crew of operators, we hope it adds that epic touch to your games. It’s part of the exclusive Bannerman tier content, and we’d love to hear your thoughts. How would you use it in your campai

From the cold lands of Neverra, these legendary archers are known for their precision and bravery. Fully multi-pose, they can form an impressive shield wall or stand out as individual miniatures in your battles. Want them in your army? Join our Patreon this October to secure them and be ready to con

This month, progress on the WIPs has been a bit slow, but things are starting to take shape. Here’s a sneak peek at one of the winged hippogriffs, which could easily serve as royal pegasi, for instance. You’ll have access to three different models. Additionally, here are some of the archer models we

One of this month's characters will be the Sergeant at Arms. We're designing him to interact well with the infantry units we already have. He will fit in perfectly with the foot knights, running around him as he advances determinedly towards the enemy officer, as well as with the men-at-arms, marchi

Hey Guys, First of all, sorry for being a bit absent. Today we just got back from the Freak Wars, which were a tremendous success, and in a couple of days I hope to catch up. There are emails and private messages still unanswered, so I ask for a bit of patience with them :) Now, thinking about the u

Welcome knights and ladies to a new month, this time dedicated to the Kingdom of Neverra. We begin this month with the king himself. As I mentioned before, he is inspired by Henry V and the Black Prince. You can observe the collar of the Order of the Grail. The miniature comes in versions on foot, o

And here you have the King of Neverra, strongly inspired by the Black Prince and Henry V. Yes, before you ask, it will have a hippogriff version.

Here's our take on the Green Knight. We've retained the antlers from the traditional myth, the armor is inspired by Loras Tyrell's from Game of Thrones, and for an added twist, he wields the axe from Sean Connery's portrayal. Hope you enjoy it.

Time to start looking at next month's finished units. Here you have the grail knights.

Here are the first knights of the Grail. Each knight is a hero in himself, so we are working hard to represent them.

Work in progress of a Knight of the Grail for the Neverra Kingdom. The riders will be dressed in hooded tunics to evoke a monastic order. The shield will bear the heraldic emblem of the rider on its interior front and that of the Grail on the exterior.

Hello everyone, Today, I bring you the shields we are designing for the Grail Knights. On these, the heraldry of the Grail is displayed on the outside, while the knight's personal heraldry is kept inside the shield. We believe this is a beautiful way to represent the transition to a Grail Templar. D

Hey guys, Today, I bring you the "Bombard of the Neverrian Exiles." It's a significant piece, but the original base size seemed too small for something I believe should be quite impressive. Therefore, we've split it into two segments. The first is self-contained and only requires a 50x50 base. The s

Hello, everyone, Here are the first two Loyalty rewards completed. We are currently working on the distribution system. I hope that by the end of this month or the beginning of the next one, we will start the launch. In principle, it will take 3 consecutive months for the Elven Consul and 6 for the

Hi guys, As you know, this year we're working on Loyalty Rewards. I can't assure you yet how they will work, but most likely you'll be able to "purchase" them on our website with a certain amount of points you'll receive for being subscribed to Patreon. I'd like to have 5 or 6 active rewards and rot

This is the miniature you were missing :). In the absence of a render, physical copy. :)

Well, folks, it's the end of the day, the year, and the month. Here we present the last unit for January: the Men-at-Arms of Neverra. We've given them three weapon options: hand weapon, spear, and halberd, as well as shields. They are also compatible with the foot knights, giving you many options an

Hello Guys, Here is the preview of the Agravaine miniature. We've tried to make the figure less frontal than other versions to make it look much better on the game units. And as you will see, the fabrics are much thicker, making it more manageable. We hope it doesn't give you too much trouble. I hop

Ladies and gentlemen, Here we have the first unit from the Kingdom of Nevarra for this month: The Household Knights. I hope you like them.

Piece of those geeky things that we sometimes like to do.

Some advances :)

Here you have another Neverra man-at-arms with all his equipment options, this kit is going to have a lot of pieces :)

Here are some demonstrations of how a Household Knigths attire can be arranged without altering any components. The ball joint system provides exceptional flexibility to the arms. Additionally, I'd like to remind you that voting is currently underway for the upcoming release of the High Kingdom seri

This special month, we wanted to launch the Knights Errant in search of the Grail, with which you can combat all the Undead who rise from their graves. La Hire leads this month atop a powerful manticore, a monstrous beast that only the savagery of its rider has been able to tame. We can also see him

Second Unit of October :)

First unit of the month of October. As far as possible we have tried to make them compatible with the household knights of a few months ago. I hope you like them :)

Hi Guys. We are back from the Freak Wars. Sorry for the absence. I leave you some images of the knights we are working on, and tomorrow I will start configuring the files of the month :)

We started working on next month's knights. We are trying to make them reflect the quest. Much less legant than the knights of the household. They will be compatible with the previous set, so you can use the lance or any other combination you consider appropriate.

Hi Guys. As you requested, we are going to do one more classic undead month. Also, as there are no miniatures next month, we have paused the billing. You don't need to leave the patreon, because you won't be charged. In a few days as usual we will upload the Avernia miniatures to your accounts.

Excuse me, people. I had to go on a trip this month, and I'm still a bit behind on everything related to Patreon. A few days ago, we were supposed to have polls to choose the race and miniatures, but due to the dates, we'll do an express poll. We assume we'll continue with Neverra for one more month

Have a nice weekend everyone. I hope you enjoy it, and while you're here, I'll leave you with one of the pilgrims who accompany the relic of Neverra.

A little bit of color in the sea of gray from the renders never hurts. Today I bring you the reliquary of Neverra, from our first release of this faction. We're going to try to make the knight sculpted on top, have sharp edges revealing the wood underneath the polychrome of the sculpture. Let's see

New month, new minis! We have saved a little surprise for today: the miniature of the Baron. We hope you enjoy it throughout the month. This month has been quite challenging. We have done many style tests, tried out armor configurations. But we have finally defined what Neverra will be. From here on

Today, we have the last big piece of the month: the Farm from the Kingdom of Neverra. As you can see, we've completely changed the tone compared to the buildings of the High Kingdom. It's much more rural, with more accentuated roof waters. Little by little, we would like to generate architectural st
