Happy New Year to all.
First of all, thank you for continuing to support us in this adventure, which would not be possible without you. We have grown a lot along the way. And we hope that this is only the beginning of the journey and that we can continue in your company for much longer.
This month is the beginning of a new range, which we hope you will be as excited about as we are. On a sculptural level it is by far the most ambitious month since we started
In a few days you will have the usual votes to see which paths we continue to venture.
You will have to choose if you want us to continue with the development of the Kingdom of Nevarra or you prefer us to advance along another route, for example, the Deserts of Ashes or the Fallen County and its vampiric masters.
In any case today is a day of celebration. I hope you enjoy the content, which as always will be added to your accounts around the 15th.
Any problem with miniatures that have not been assigned due to last minute additions, please let me know privately so I can assign them manually.

I'm going to say it, I hate your website to the point that I'm considering to unsub, now I know one person makes litter difference and I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I have to spend entirely too much time making sure I download the correct files. I have slow internet and don't want to waste time. For the month of January I login and see I have 4 orders on the "Orders" tab, all are listed as uploaded January 20, 2023, great, lets get downloading, but which one is the new release and which one is updated welcome packs/etc. Please assign names to these order numbers such as "Monthly Release" or in the file names inside of the order, put the date of the release. The website is just a pain to navigate and determine what I want to download. Also, having to download each part of the release individually is a pain.

Hi do you guys have plans regarding making your models which are only sold physically available as STLs?
Hello Jacob on the one hand they are models that have been made with molds in mind, and have a very important investment behind, and we don't want them to get into the hands of re-castings. And on the other hand, there are many details that have not been taken care of, as there may be bubbles, so they would need a good repair work. Even if you think they are identical, there are many nuances that we take into account when we work for physical or stl miniatures. We are in favor of making new versions. But that depends on your votes. There are many cases, such as slizons, elven maidens, spearmen and archers, in which we have already made units that we had in physical. Always trying to add more variety and richness.

Hello Jerry. This is normal. You linked your account on the 1st, so December was no longer assigned automatically. We have had some problems with 3 or 4 pieces and we are correcting them. I imagine that tomorrow or the day after the files will be released. At that time we will re-launch the review bot, all the old months configured, and December will be assigned to you as well. Hello sorry to bother you. I just joined I like what your doing and thought now is a good time to join with the start of the new army. I set up an account on last sword by logging through my patreon. I got the welcome package which is very nice. When do you usually delivery the monthly models? At the end of the Month or the beginning of the month.
Welcome Michael Usually on the 15th. As today is Sunday, if nothing unusual happens, it will be done tomorrow. :)
For January STLs, what printer can you print the models resin or FDM or both? The ruined church STL for January, print that FDM?
We always work with resin. The church is an experiment and we will try to print it in medium format resin. If we have time we will print FDM cuts but I can't say for sure yet.
How's that Dark Elves Kickstarter going?
Well, we are making renders, assembling the images and organizing everything. And in the meantime the painters are working on it. But you can't imagine how much work there is behind something as simple as a render.

This is getting confusing. It seems you are changing each month your plans. As I understood it, and I think the majority of your patrons is that when we voted in your poll ’what army next’ is that the next army would be the next fixed army together with the other fixed armies. Than you said that people subscribed for the release of that month could vote for the next units for that army. I stayed subscribed for this month, while I am not particular a fan of this release so I could vote for what unit next for this Bretonnianesque army. You really have to up communication / PR game, because it is confusing as hell. Otherwise just stop with the polls and just do your thing. Instead of this.
The polls are made thinking 3 months in advance. We want people who are following the elf range to be able to vote on the elf range. So it is not useful to vote the following month, when the range is different. And it also gives us time to better manage our work time. This month was started earlier. Fortunately. Because it has been so much work that we would not have finished it. We have not changed anything since we started this system. :)

I can see the problem with the Rotation. Personally I preffered it when every month was a mixed bag. Your Modells are simply the best on the market in my oppinion though, and I don't want to tell you what your workflow should Look like or not. All the best for the New Year!
why are the elven Lords and the high Kingdom fixed and we only get a choice every 3 months. I know you can't please everyone but when I joined it was because we got a bit of everything. I loved your lizardmen , Ash waste and undead. so why must I wait 3 months now to get a chance at what I want . why can't we vote and the top 3 get made. as the way it is going I don't get anything I want anymore.
Because that is what the majority voted for. The elf range is the mainstay of the company. Thanks to which we are here and on which much of our plans are based. It is the range with more sales by far. The human range is growing at a good pace and the sales are going along with it. So far we have no complaints about its performance. The lizard range, was very important at the time, but now the numbers are bad, because it is a range burned by all the Patreons. Undoubtedly all the statistics, even the votes here (with half the votes of the other races in the polls), have clearly shown that it needs a rest. And the rest are not finished ranges. But time is limited. If we see that they stagnate too much, we will advance them via kickstarter. Personally I preferred the previous system. But the majority preferred this one, we have respected it and so far the numbers have given them the reason. Units like this month's would not have been possible in the previous system. It has its advantages and disadvantages.
Huh? What do you mean with another route? Do you mean which route to take with this Bretonnianesque army? Or vote for another army? I thought that the people that are subscribed for this month could vote for the units this army will receive in 3-4 months time, when it's again the release turn for this army. As I understand the armies that have release slots are: *Empire *Elves *Undead *Bretonnia
As it is now, we plan to do it every 3 months. Two armies are fixed, Elven Lords and High Kingdom, and the third one rotating. We have to see if in three months you want us to continue with Nevarra, or change the army. And if we continue what units we will do. As in any other army.
