Actually, if by 30mm you mean overall height of miniature it's Oldhammer scale for humans. So looks like rescaling is not necessary :)

don't know, I haven't tried it, but in general it's not a good idea to rescale the miniatures. And actually unless you mix the units, it doesn't make that much difference. The detail is designed thinking about the size we give them. A miniature with less scale has less detail because it has less surface to define. If you scale it down, many parts will be very difficult to paint. Our miniatures are scaled at 32mm for the elves, and 30 for the humans, because we want the elf to be taller. So by simple mathematics, around 90%. But I don't think it's worth it. GW has more scale mismatches than you will find here.

Where are the links, you said you just published them? Also, I scrolled back a couple months and finding the links are a constant post and problem, can you please post links and pin them to the top, it would cut down on half of the posts that ask for the links.

What we can't do is to leave without information about what is being done to all the people who are new to the site, who need the most help. And since we can only pin one publication, the one with the links is not the priority. We don't agree on how many people do things and that is not going to change. For example we have all posts open when everyone else closes them in our opinion in an absurd way. But everyone has to go his own way. If you are missing any other month, write me privately so we can send it to you :)
