Hello all!
Ugh... more orcs. Why hello there! So rendering? I’m still dealing with the orc scene, not a surprise there; it is six characters and even with the usual "shortened action" it is still a lot of renders. Had hoped I would be done with it yesterday, but alas, while I’m good, I’m not that good. But on the positive side, I am somewhere around 1550 renders. So, it’s more or less all good.
Writing? It’s in a good place. I’ll start update 5 soonish. Need to revise a few parts of the update 4 to be happy about it. But overall it’s going well.
And since I’m still dealing with the orcs... something else.
Cross: "Why is it always you when something strange happens? And is that a nun that Cooper is arresting? And do I even want to know why that woman is arguing with... a hand?"
Alexander: "Purely a coincidence, I assure you."
Cross: "And the rest?"
Alexander: "Well, the nun? She is just an innocent bystander in all this."
Cross: "And she was armed to the teeth, which makes it hard to believe."
Alexander: "It’s true. She was... going elsewhere when that one started summoning something."
Cross: "Right. So we return the woman."
Alexander: "Yeah..."
Cross: "What aren’t you telling?"
Alexander: "Let’s just say she thinks that the demons are an endangered species."
Cross: "..."
Susan: "I’ll endanger her as—"
Cross: "There was a demon here?"
Alexander: "Briefly, yes. Probably why the SWAT is here as well..."
Cross: "This is just going to be a fantastic day. At least no one died."
Alexander: "Well, at least no one important."
Cross: "..."
Yeah... it has been an interesting weekend for my brain. Let’s say that much. This render is one of the weird thoughts that came to my mind. At least it’s saner than the dreams. It isn’t secret; I like nighttime renders. Lighting them is slightly annoying, but it is easier in urban environments. If everything else fails, bring in the police and police helicopter with a searchlight. Right, short break, and more rendering and writing.

This finger makes me want to share a juicy little piece of French history that I recently discovered with you. Jean Doyard 1696 has a middle finger as his coat of arms. I found this dubious, so I checked it out. At that time, rich families had to pay to register their coat of arms. It was a disguised tax, for two years (this tax was soon abolished). Many refused to submit their coat of arms, so the administrators had some fun. Doyard, which is pronounced like “doigt-yard” (finger yard), was given this funny coat of arms, a certain ‘Tardif’ (late in French) was given a turtle surrounded by three snails, but my favorite is a priest, who was given a “clystère,” a kind of large syringe used for enemas. Or: “how to tell someone to fuck off.” Except that in French, we don't say “fuck off,” but “va chier” (go shit).
That is, actually quite amusing and at the same time interesting detail. Hmm...
will we need a save from sorcerer 1 to import into 2 once it releases? Ill probably play it again anyway but just curious.
No need for save. Similarly as TRS2 there is either canon start or custom game where you can change things mode in-depth. Canon game just asks two or three questions.

I suppose that would depend how good friends or acquaintances they've become. She might actually stop her from getting into more trouble as well... Not probably the best time to say something that could be considered threatening... >.>
I like the way you are taking the time to get the epilogue as perfect as possible. Take the time you need we'll wait. Leave it to Susan to bring the colorful language. Love the finger. Thanks for the update.
It's just "fair" to do it right, I mean it has been two years, the characters deserve a proper closure, instead of me just putting a screen with a text "And they lived happily ever after" followed by a couple of renders. But that just me. Granted, not sure what I should do with the... Not so great ending. Eh... It will come to me.
The Alex scene is like something out of the Dresden Files.
Only thing I regret is that I forgot to add the imp facepalming into the scene
