Progress 10.02.2025
Hello all!
Whee Monday... been kind of typical Monday if I'm being honest, slow, and full of interruptions because why not? And today's theme seems to be light and shadow.
Anyway, rendering? It's in a decent state, 1 and 2/3rd of a scene to do... just that the 2/3 part is half of the script. But it is relatively quick, not that much movement as is so. Posing isn't that pain in the backside, outside the set being relatively heavy.
Writing is in alright state. Right now I want to write. A lot if I'm being honest, one of those moods again so it is really flowing nicely overall. But it is always a balancing act between rendering, writing and resting period. Although I do rest while I write both mentally and physically so it tends to get blurred. Anyways, I'm happy with it. Couple interesting things coming, in my opinion, but I might be biased.
Overall I'm happy how things are going at the moment, still work to do but it isn't as bad as I feared... yet anyway. Anyway, short break and back to rendering I shall go!

I love how you worked the light and reflections mixed in with the shading in both pictures to include Mal Armor.
I was starting to wonder if you meant a favorite of "the" mine but just missed the pun 😄.
I think you are doing great. I always found it funny watching old TV shows or movies how when a candle or oil lamp was lit and the whole room was bright. Stay tru and keep it real.
Still mostly even in new ones, a bit better, but still. As far as I know there has been only one movie filmed in "authentic" candle light. Light techs were having fun, camera crew not so much >.> But in the end if can see what is going on it works, if not... ramp up the exposure in post >.>
