Ted Lasso 3x06 Edited & Full

Excellent episode. One of my favourites actually. We get to see a few different stories play out in this one but I think Roy & Jamie having their little bike riding bonding session is my favourite. They've both grown during the series, especially Jamie, and it just warms heart seeing them together like that. Thanks for the awesome reaction Juliette. Hope you have a lovely day 💜

The song playing while Roy is learning to ride the bike (Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head) first appears in the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid when Paul Newman learns to ride the recently invented bicycle.

This is one of my favorites. So many people got their moments to shine. And as much as this is a football show, this episode shows sometimes the show is at its best when it has nothing to do with football. I love the Beard moment at the end too. Because you know we could have gotten a whole other “Beard after dark” episode with whatever he got up to when we did not see him. Hope you are doing well!

This was a fun one for sure. Who'd have thought after the earlier episodes that Roy and Jamie would become a bit of a double act. Roy being typically grumpy and serious as he topples over the first time is especially funny, and it's always nice when Rebecca sings as well as showing a more easygoing side to her personality. I'm glad we were on the same wavelength about the Van Gogh exhibition reminding us of that Doctor Who episode. This is a good point to talk a bit about Trent Crimm. The actor said that he played the character as having a crush on Ted and he was very subtle about it if that was the case, though this season provided a few hints about him. It's interesting that they made him a friendly and decent guy as it would have been easy to make him as antagonistic and unpleasant as a lot of real life journalists.
