I hope you've all been well 😊💜 I'm struggling a little bit with health issues again but have a new doctor now who seems to care and is much better than my last one! Yay! I'm so used to being rushed out of the room so when I sat down to tell her what was wrong, I asked how much time she had and she said 30 minutes! I could not believe it 😅 Anyway, I'm feeling pretty positive at the moment and chugging liquid iron daily which is GROSS but... Needs must 😶

I hope your health issue clears up and glad you are getting care. This was a special episode. Roy coming over to comfort Jaimie gets me so emotional. It shows that despite all the fighting between the two, they really do care about each other. I think you are right about Ted’s desire to make everyone happy (even at his own expense) probably stems from what happened with his dad. You remembered the scene correctly from him playing darts. Another mention of his dad was when Jaimie asked him if he had a tough dad and he responded something along the lines of, “he was a lot harder on himself than he was on us.”
Ooh I didn't remember that line Joe, but now it makes so much sense... It's so sad. Poor Ted. Thank you for the kind words! I do feel there is an eventual end to my health issues, it's just annoying how long they've gone on for 😑
Hello Juliette 👋 Like Dr Sharon I'm also a cyclist, and I've also been hit by a car. Twice! One time I was fine and the other time I fractured a bone and my arm was put in a cast. I still enjoy cycling but I now cycle as if every driver is terrible and try to keep myself as safe as possible. I feel so bad for Jamie, having to grow up with such an abusive scumbag of a dad. That punch was long overdue and he probably deserved a few more as well. Roy going over to console Jamie was such a nice moment. Sorry to hear that you're having some health issues at the moment. Neil... every driver IS terrible. Except me, of course. I was wondering if this episode would make you feel things as I remembered your cycling incident. The roads here are shocking these days. I think back to the early 2000s and it was so different. I know I sound like "Back in my day..." but it really is like that 🤣 Have a lovely rest of your week, Neil. What have you been playing lately?
