I love Mona's free spirit and energy! I think it might be a good thing for Charles, though I do sometimes think they are a case of opposites attract. They are adorable together, though!
I love that we're almost halfway through this season and I have no clue what direction its going in. I think it was about this time during the first season that I kinda figured it out (in a way) but this one seems like they've ramped it up to hard mode!

A bit of American historical trivia. Jimmy Carter was elected president of the US in 1976. His younger brother Billy, whom Mona claimed to have dated, took advantage of his brother's position to shamelessly promote himself. He cultivated an image as a red-neck hick and partnered with a brewing company to produce 'Billy Beer' with his face on the can. It sold as a novelty for a few years but was never considered anything more than a gimmick. Cans of 'Billy Beer' (open or unopened) still sell as collectibles. I checked e-bay, a six-pack of unopened cans sells for about $40 US. Empty cans in excellent condition sell for under a dollar each.

Her and Charles make a great couple and I'm rooting for them to have a happy ending. I'm sure this has been mentioned to you already but the guy who plays Beringer, Max Greenfield, was in a great show called New Girl. It's a somewhat quirky comedy with some drama and romance sprinkled throughout and I think you'd enjoy it. The episodes are also only around 22 minutes long so it's not a huge time sink (not to react to by the way, just something I think you'd enjoy when you have half an hour to spare). Hello Neil 💜 I had a good Saturday, but pretty exhausting! I've been wanting to go for a 10km hike but haven't found the right one. I found a 7km one instead so I did that and it was such a struggle! Up and down many steps but in a lovely rainforest, so at least the scenery was good when I was almost collapsing haha You know, I've actually been wanting to watch a tv show just for me. New Girl sounds good! If it's on Netflix, consider me sold! And at 22 minutes, it's perfect. When I wake up, I usually just go straight to work at 6am or whatever but I'm wanting to change that so maybe I can watch an episode in the mornings instead! Thank you for the suggestion, Neil!
