Severance 1x01 Good News About Hell
A few weeks ago I asked for recommendations for something to take over when Angel finishes. It's been on my mind to watch Severance for some time now as it's come very highly recommended by a few of you, so here we are!
I know NOTHING about this show, other than it stars our very own Trevor from The Good Place. I have to admit, it's somewhat hard watching his new character, Mark, and not think of Trevor 😅
I find the concept so fascinating and it feels like a bizarre mystery that I can't wait to uncover. I hope you can join me for this new journey!

I hadn’t heard of Severance until I heard you’re watching it. I just watched the first episode. It reminds me of Lewis Carol’s “The Hunting of the Snark: An Agony in Eight fits.” It begins: "Just the place for a Snark!" the Bellman cried, As he landed his crew with care; Supporting each man on the top of the tide By a finger entwined in his hair. "Just the place for a Snark! I have said it twice: That alone should encourage the crew. Just the place for a Snark! I have said it thrice: What I tell you three times is true."
I hope you enjoyed the first episode as well! It seems so intriguing... I am hooked!
So glad you are watching this! I only recently started and am part way through season 2 and still fascinated. You say you wouldn’t want to be severed but first time reactions would be so easy! You could react to shows you already saw because you would not remember watching them.

Severance seems like a good idea IF you're the outie, but if you happen to be the innie, that's a whole different proposition. It's so intriguing and it's also weird to see Trevor in another role where he's not a complete bumhole 🤣 I don't think I'd choose to be severed at all. I don't know if I could trust my innie to do the editing properly! Maybe they'd slack off and nothing would get done and I'm in a real pickle then 😅 I'm heading up a mountain today! It's one I've driven past many times since I was little and never been. So that will be a good adventure 🥰
