SUCH a great episode. Highlights were Chidi (several great moments for him!) and the overall feeling of "We got this."

I'm a bit behind on your videos at the moment due to my Silksong addiction but I have managed to watch this one now and I loved both the episode & your reaction to it. The part where Michael puts his hand in the portal thing resulting in a giant Michael hand appearing above the gang reminds me so much of a VR game called A Fisherman's Tale that plays with perspective in a somewhat similar way. I don't know know if you still play VR at all but if you do it's a great little puzzle game that I'm sure you'd enjoy.
The Niednagel was named for David Niednagel, the special effects supervisor who, by all accounts, produced really good looking effects on short timelines and a small budget.

The visual effects guy for The Good Place is named David Niednagel. They named the “neednoggle” (same pronunciation) creature he created after him as a nod to all the great work he has done on the show. Finale next episode, then final season! Aaahhh!
