Buffy 7x21 End of Days
Ah, Buffy. Of course you are going to break me in the second to last episode. Why would I think otherwise? Wow, wow, wow.....
I'm so sad. And now I know how you all feel and have felt, for so long. I do not want to say goodbye. I'm not okay 😔

You missed the announcement of Miss Kitty Fantastico's death, my fellow cat-loving friend. Nonetheless, as with every single episode, a great reaction.
So everyone turned against Buffy because they didn't like her leadership and the fact that she unknowingly led them into a trap, but now the same thing happens again, only this time with Faith. Now they're practically begging for Buffy's help. May they all eat their words and choke on them. "After everything, she's still there for everybody". Exactly. Buffy is a much better person than I am. I am more like Anya, in that I can be pretty vengeful. I would have been like "You didn't want to follow my leadership and wanted to do your own thing, so have at it. You're on your own now. Good luck." Lmao I know that's terrible, but it's true. Buffy is such an amazing person/character.
I love that talk between Faith and Buffy about the loneliness of being a slayer. You can tell they're not friends - and likely never will be - but they share understanding and, yes, respect.
Oh, damn. LOL I was trying my hardest to put off watching ep 20 and ep 21 until the finale was posted, but I'm dying to see these two, so what the hell. Here we go...
I am so glad the story of Buffy being pushed out of the group was so short, given the time in the season, even if I am in the minority that supported their position. We got some great interactions in this. Dawn and Xander as the "non-fighters", Anya and Andrew as the outsiders, Buffy and Faith as the Slayers. Even Buffy, Spike and Angel have been left to confront their places. All the pieces are in place for the finale (which I am sure you have seen by now) and for all my preference for Angel as a show, the lead up to the finale is pure Buffy and it's great.
Wonderful reaction Jules! Yes, that moment with Spike and Buffy was just beautiful. And I also really liked Buffy's conversation with Faith. It seems the slayers have finally bonded. Have a nice last episode Jules! I know it will be a big one for you...
That last scene at the end was a kick to the gut... Typical Joss. Give us something we've wanted but maybe don't want it anymore and it's always at the worst time. Does he actually really hate us or he just loves seeing us in pain 🤣😭
Holy Moley, another episode? I loved getting to see this. Your poor hankies. Lots of high edge drama and high butt kicking. The potentials in a lot of danger and oh loads of punch the sky in Caleb's defeat. David Boreanaz's appearance certainly brings something to it without swinging in to save Buffy and its well framed to show that. And Andrew and Anya drinking and wheelchair fighting. Please don't burn out please please please. Something I learned from being on Patreon (nine years now wow) is that your subscribers are there to support you. Sure, they/we care about the deliverables but they're not the be all and end all. So remember your health and to take time off. You'll just have to excuse my advice giving mode. I'm getting older and that's what old people do lol
Giving some pre hugs for the finale as you’ve by now watched it!
20 years ago I watched Buffy for the first time. 20 years and I still haven't seen another series I liked as much as I liked Buffy. Rewatching it still makes me emotional during all those pivotal scenes throughout its seasons, just the same as during my first watch.
