Quick update

Hi all!
I have still been working on the game slowly. I have finished the base movie creation mechanics, now it just needs some starter content to fill it in. I also added some small things. For example, I wrote some scenes and added quite a few new clothing options to finally make fashion a truly interesting game mechanic (hopefully). I also divided the clothing stores into three, seperating "cheap" low-end designer clothing from the high-end stuff and also making a small start by adding women's clothing for female player characters, or people that want to experiment ;) Eventually this place will also offer the ability to buy lingerie gifts etc.

I also spent a long time building a text message system to add an important layer of communication that will be necessary for both business as well as pleasure ;) This way, the movie manager can text the player when an issue arises. Texts come in two forms: permanent and temporary. Permanent texts will not be deleted on day passes but can be deleted manually. Temporary texts about business hickups and such will be removed upon day passes to free up game memory. This system is working quite well now and should be able to handle quite a few messages before clogging up game speed. I do plan to improve the looks eventually, but this will do for now.

I really am trying to get my life more structured and find more time for development. I've been doing quite well this past week, so I hope to ramp up the speed again. I don't want to make promises about release dates because I don't want to cause disappointment, but I hope "soon".
