馃敟 Wicked Switcharoo: Marvel Portraits and Covers!!!
High five, my duuuuuuuuuuuuuudes!!!
Here comes the Wicked dudes to bright up your day!!!
Today we come with breaking news!!! As you know, we have three kinds of characters in the Wicked Terms: MCU Diorama, Famous Marvel character and Rare Marvel character. Sometimes we go freestyle and mix it around, but it was our main structure til today!
Due to the MCU current state, we do not have enough and interesting options to bring up to the dioramas. We have lots of fantastic MCU dioramas already (that you can get through our Loyalty system), but nowadays the Marvel movies are scarce, and not so many in the year.
So we come up with a little change: From now on, The Main Monthly Diorama will NOT be MCU exclusive! That means that we will start to bring Marvel comic covers and Wicked ideas based on the Marvel comic side!!! We have so many ideas, characters, covers and crazy dioramas to go that we cannot wait for you to see what's coming!
So, in short: The Main Diorama will be featuring Marvel Comic characters too!!! That means that it will be for Marvel Comic-based dioramas, some Marvel Movies and Wicked ideas we already have in mind, but always featuring Marvel comics, amigos! That's a new way to get Wicked, fresh and unique ideas in your collections!!!
And to start strong, lets take a rad one!!! Introducing the Herald of Thunder, bringing the lighting up close to the Devourer of Worlds!!! Give it up for Diorama based on the Thor Variant Cover #4, Thor vs Galactus!!!!
Oh Looooooooooooooooord have mercy of our Wicked souls!!! Just imagine this fine piece in your collections! A unique lit piece that only the Wicked dudes can bring to your printers, amigos!!!
This beast will have a Complete Diorama version, a Thor separated Sculpture and The Galactus bust (with a neutral expression)!!! Also, we will be showing the surprises we have in the "Busts" Side!!!
This beauty is part of the NOVEMBER TERM, and it will be knocking your door quite soon, so be ready! Start making space for it! We know you want to bring the thunder to your collections!
Hope you love this change as much as we do, cuz it opens up endless opportunities to get out of the conventional stuff!!! And this is only possible thanks to your support amigos! So muchas gracias for all the love and our heart belongs to you!!!
Enjoy and keep yo good eye in patreon, cuz the November show is only starting!!!
Be happy, be free, be Wicked!!!!!!
Cha cha, my dudes!

And, if you don't mind me adding some ideas, there are old characters from the Golden and Silver ages of comics, there are different characters who were popular at different times, various costumes from different eras, so many choices are now open. Psylocke had multiple costumes for decades before her mind and body switch and was even Captain Britain for a time. One of my favorite characters was Kitty Pryde who changed costume design several times. There are the original X-Men, alternate timeline\universe characters and costumes to choose now. The Age of Apocalypse costumes might be something you would enjoy sculpting. Dioramas from the Secret Wars series back in 1984 might be appealing. The comic Infinity sagas were much bigger than what we got with the MCU version. There are tons of things to inspire new sculpts. And I really loved the Wolverine vs Sabretooth release last month. Getting a Wolverine sculpt in the brown and tan costume that I always loved much more than the yellow and blue outfit was incredible. I cannot wait to see what all you do with the wider possibilities from the comics. I think it is going to be awesome. If nothing else jumps into your imagination, maybe something like a mirror with one side showing a MCU version of a character and the other side showing a comic version of the character. Perhaps showing alternate versions of a character; MCU Loki on one side and classic comic Loki on the other as an example. The same might be done for characters who have moved on in the MCU, Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson on the other. Different models of Iron Man armors might be cool. Anyway, I would love to see Kitty Pryde in one of your new releases. A fairly obscure character would be John Doe, the Nth Man. I also really like the Iron Man Silver Centurion red and silver armor was a fave of mine because it was introduced shortly after I started reading Iron Man comics. Whatever you do, I am sure it will be Wicked cool. ;) Thank you for all of the awesome models you have done and will continue to do. I look forward to your releases every month.
Jason my friend! Thank you so much for taking the time and writing us all these amazing recommendations! <3 We love them! We'll take a look and promise we'll keep them in mind for the future. We also love to see that we have comic fans like us in the community, it's a dream to be able to share this hobby together! Again thank you very much and we are glad to have you here!
I think opening the gates to include comics is a great idea. I am coming up on 50 years of reading comics, I started back in 1977 when I was just 3 years old. The MCU has had some great things to imagine and to put into sculpts but it is really only the tip of an iceberg. The MCU started as characters that Marvel had not sold off the movie rights for so they were kind of the second string characters that were left. 15 years of movies and television programs pales next to the decades of print that preceded. It sounds incredible to me that you will now have a multitude of more characters and ideas to inspire your awesome sculpts.
Jason my dude! MUCHAS GRACIAS for telling us your story! We love getting to know a little more about the members of the community! And we love that you like this new stage, we promise you that Wicked will get much better! Buckle up because it's going to get out of control mi amigo!
Personally, any Diorama from The X-Men Phoenix Saga/Dark Phoenix Saga. Never seen any models of the Shiar Champions! That would be epic.
Gary mi amigooo muchas gracias for the recommendations! We will keep it in mind for the future! <3
Love the idea of comic covers bit sad to see the mcu stuff take a back seat hopefully it's not fully gone for good can think of a few covers hulk vs abomination daredevil vs bullseye....... but I would totally love to see a new Loki God of stories on his Throne to go with his other Throne model sorta full circle moment
Lee my duuuuuuuuuude!!!. We are going to have Comic covers and other comic related dioramas in the Main diorama, BUT it doesn't mean that we will not have MCU Dioramas too! Its just that the actual quantity / quality of the Movies and Shows on the MCU part are not enough to sustain the monthly terms, so we will take the chance and go for "marvelous" and crazy Wicked ideas in there. Don't worry, you will still get your Loki, Marvels and other dioramas, but it will be a little more spaced in time than before. Let us know if we can be of any assistance and lots of love, my dear amigo!
Excellent news! This will keep me sub'd for a while longer. As for suggestions The Mighty Thor #337, Wovering #1 (Frank Miller Mineseries), Amazing Spider-Man #300, Incredible Hulk #345, Amazing Spider-Man #347, The Punisher War Journal #1, 8, 34, 42 and literally any cover drawn by Jack Kirby.
Thank you so much for the recommendations my dear Craig! <3 We will keep them in mind for the future!
DOES THIS MEAN WE CAN GET A COSMIC GHOST RIDER? OR A PUNISHER THANOS??? So many great options, I'm more hyped for this than any MCU stuff
EXACTLY! HAHAHA We love to see you getting excited! We promise you some epic dioramas are coming! You are going to love it! <3
Thats great news, If that means marvel covers, does that include the movie adaptations they do? such as last starfighter or even Xanadu? (hoping for an Olivia Newton John 3d figure lol)
I have lost interest in the MCU so this is welcome news! I have no faith in the direction of the movies and the last few have been *soooo disappointing* while the comics are forever!
Estrus my dude! At Wicked we will always try to have the most epic dioramas in history! So welcome to the new era! You are going to love it! <3
sin duda seran una locura como siempre! =)
Andy my dude! Muchas Gracias! Nos encanta tenerte aqu铆 y disfruta de tus nuevos modelos! <3
Sounds Great. Looking forward to see what you come up with. Would love to see something like the Tony Start infornt of the magazine cover but its a character from the cover out infornt of it.
Gary my dude! <3 We love to see you getting excited! That's what the Wicked spirit is all about! Fasten your seatbelts because it's going to be awesome! <3
There are many Marvel comics which have classic covers, so please don't stick with what you know, Iron Man, Hulk, X-Men and so on. Look at other classic Iconic covers from years gone by.. I don't really read modern style comics from Marvel, so please move around the 60 + years. Look at Classic Cpt Britian, The original Baron Zemo & Masters of Evil. The possabilities are endless
Ian my dude! Muchas Gracias for the recommendations! Yes we have a lot of great ideas! This is going to be on fire mi amigo! <3
Yessss! Thank you! I鈥檝e personally lost interest in MCU for a while. This is so very exciting and a much better direction. Looking forward to what you all create going forward.
Marc my dude! We love to see you getting excited about this new stage! We promise it will be amazing! Each month will be better than the last! <3
Love it. Been waiting for more marvel comic universe! Sooooo many options
May mi amiga! We love to see you in the comments! Thanks so much for the recommendations! We will keep them in mind for the future!
Civil War, House of M, I'm drooling over here!
Muchas Gracias for the recommendation! Little by little we will have them all! <3
Oh man!!! Avengers Vs X-Men series!! Cyclops vs Captain America, Magik vs Black Widow, Hawkeye vs Angel, Hope Summers vs Scarlet Witch, Red Hulk vs Domino, Iron Fist vs Iceman, Storm vs Black Panther, She-Hulk vs Rogue, Daredevil vs Psylocke, Emma Frost vs Thor...soooo many options with variant costumes!!!
YAY! Endless possibilities! We love this new stage! We will have lots of fun in Wicked! <3
Love it. Though I think there is still so much to explore with the MCU even with current offerings. Lokis from tv show. A diorama of all the ones who appeared. What about Agent Shield? Or Eternals. But I think it is a good idea to not be limited to the MCU. Comics and animated shows and TV will also open up a whole extra level.
Darren mi amigo! <3 Don't worry! MCU will still have space in Wicked! This just means we'll have more variety! <3 So everyone in the community will be happy! Much love to you
Could this mean a sculpt of Avengers 223 cover!? Hawkeye shooting Antman on his arrow?
Yes, this is one of the possibilities! <3 We would love to bring it my dear dude! <3
