Next Term: Loki & Sylvie Diorama Reveal (3 of 3)
Finally, the last post for today's reveal!
And gather around, Wicked fellas, we have a story to tell here!
First of all, we wanted to implement and show you the result of our last month's analysis. After looking at our work, we noticed that its a lot what we wanted to do with the sculptures and the designs, but due to the knowledge and the state of the process we are now, some of these become just too complex to print, assemble and paint. And what's the sense of making a sculpture is most of our dudes can't print it? There is no point there.
So we made some adjustments: First of all, in the design of the sculptures, we were having into consideration your printing process, so you should find this term easier to print and put together! Also, the amount of pieces should be way less, so the printing time will be reduced.
Second, we hear you about the textures. We toned down most of them, but leaving them big enough to be noticeable in the final print. This will be adjusted in the following terms too, after the test are made and we get your feedback.
Third, we made each sculpture able to stand alone and look great, and we made a simple diorama base in case you don't want to print the pocket watch (it's the circle where the two sculptures stand).
Alright amigos, we believe that these three are improvements that moves Wicked forward! We had to stop for a moment to think, and well, these are the results. We are sure this is one of our most beautiful dioramas yet, and we are pretty satisfied with the result! And hopefully, these will be the standards for now on. That doesn't mean that, time to time, we will not hit you with crazy Wicked 1 meter sculptures, and still some of the characters, due to their nature, will be complicated, but who doesn't love a challenge time to time. They will be waiting there, in the shadows, ready to strike your resin storage!!

Awesome sculpts. Yes agreed sometimes less is more and the more muted bases is a good move forward fo' shure. I'm hoping the use of the name plates will now be optional moving forward? Keep up the ace work amigos!!

I have to confess that I am not a real fan of Marvel series. I just watch the movies and have fun, but not my all time favourite series. But you know Wicked always makes me like Wow their statues look so cool I want to print and paint it. I normally collect 75mm figure not big statue, but these two would directly on my collection shelf soon ;)

Well done guys! Im not a huge Loki fan, but from a technical aspect, this has to be one of your best so far. The base isnt overwhelming and you have a great foreground, and the back part of the base doesnt take away from the rest of it. Good job!

Can you please make the name plate removable so we can print that gorgeous base and use it for other models that don't have worth while bases. It's way too good to use only once! The textures on both figures and the base are fantastic. It's freaking gorgeously done. I wish other Patreons would take notes from you. It would drastically improve the entire miniature/figure are world. You guys are freaking amazing artist. Thank you!
