Update - 30/10/2023

Hello, everyone! Welcome to another weekly update. Last week was pretty busy! Aside from making packages all day long (despite having all sorts of problems with wrong addresses, courier companies, and anything you can imagine), I finally managed to get Warlord Ascendant and Egrastea Reborn done! I hope you guys are enjoying them, I'm now waiting for the print files to be approved before I can start sending Master and Grand Master patrons your PoD codes. 

Aside from that, I've been tweaking things regarding Ker Nethalas: Into the Midnight Throne. Chief among them is the upcoming Kickstarter campaign: you guys saw the poll I set up, so I've decided to add a deluxe tier to the campaign and have 100 collector copies made. I think I'll price them at 100€, shipping included (to make things simpler). I can't wait to launch this campaign! As soon as Under Ashen Skies is delivered, it will go live.

Speaking of UAS, it has also seen nice progress: we got some art from LF OSR and the game is finally coming alive thanks to it. I'm super excited to play it, once it's all put together!

Last but not least, these last couple of weeks I've had a few meetings with the Against the Darkmaster guys, and it looks like we're going to sign a deal that will allow me to use their full license, meaning that I'll be able to copy/paste their rules text directly. This means that once I start working on my Open00 RPG, all I need to do is work on the setting details, since the rules are all taken care of, which is exactly what I wanted. I love their ruleset, so being able to use it is fantastic. I do want to change a couple of things, though (aside from the setting things, such as not having classes or different kin), chief among them the wealth system, which is way too abstract for my taste. I like counting pennies in RPGs, haha.

So this week I'll continue working on shipping all the Across a Thousand Dead Worlds books to backers, as well as setting up the pre-orders for when they go live (tomorrow!). I also have a lot of personal stuff to deal with which is going to keep me quite busy (my mother in law is moving in with us, since she's too old to be alone any longer), but I hope I'll manage to get some writing done. I haven't been able to really sit and write for a few hours straight since the ATDW arrived, so I'm getting nervous.
