Update - 11/01/2021

Hello! Another week, another update. This has been a strange week for me, because we've had strong storms and Madrid has come to a halt due to the amount of snow; it's been impossible to do anything. Fortunately we're doing fine and it hasn't snow in the past 24 hours, so it should be over soon!

I have managed to continue working on my many RPG projects, though. Work on the new Active Events for this month's Patreon content is progressing nicely; the rules are nailed down and I'm just creating several Events for your characters to come across with. There are Town, Wilderness, Caves, and Ruins events, so it should be a nice variety of adventuring opportunities. I've also had a couple of cool ideas for Seekers Beyond the Shroud, so I had to write those down and outline them, so I don't forget them.

Most of my time has gone towards my Big Secret Project though; it's slow going because I'm testing things, but this is something that a lot of people are going to love, and it's a big step for me. I think that by the end of the month I may be able to reveal it!

I've also worked a bit on my minor secret project, but since it's not a done deal, I think I can talk about it. I wanted to release the Seekers scenario "Trees are People Too" as a zine for Zinequest 3! Initially I thought about releasing it myself, but I just cannot undertake yet another project like that, so I asked Matt if this could be this year's Exalted Funeral's ZQ official entry, similar to how we released Covert Wars past year. He's not sure about it though because of some problems they're having with the warehouse, so I'm waiting for confirmation. I also had planned another zine for ZQ, this time for Disciples, but that one needs actual writing, aside from layout, etc. and I wouldn't be able to deliver it on time. At least, "Trees are people too" only misses layout and art, and that's easy to solve. If we end up not releasing it for ZQ, I'll release it myself sometime this year. I actually already have someone working on art, just in case! I'll keep you guys posted.

I've also struggled with uploading the Seekers and Disciples zines to DTRPG for PoD; it's a bit complex and even though I would be able to do it myself eventually, I decided to hire someone to do it for me. That way I'm ready for when my copies are sold out! Speaking of which, if everything goes okay I should get them this Friday already!

This starting week I'll continue working on the secret project, while churning out events for this month's content. I don't think I'll get time to do much more... I need to set up the zines on my website and all that kind of boring stuff, which will take me a few hours as well. I hope it's a big success and people love it! I know I did, writing and putting it all together. And it's all thanks to you, guys!
