Hi ! This often happens due to in-game graphics settings. Please try checking your game options: make sure Laptop Mode is turned off, and set both Sim Detail and View Distance/Textures to High or Very High. If this doesn't resolve the issue, I'm afraid I'm not sure what else might be causing it, and I'm really sorry I couldn't be of more help. Hope it works out !
