I use to convert TS4 clothes to FiveM. BUT I would always ask for permission beforehand from the creators and released everything I converted for free. Alot of hard work goes into what you guys do and it saddens me people convert it to other games and make money. Your work is incredible. You have so much talent 🩷
Hello i just wanted to ask if u can answer. I recently tried free trial marvelous designer but i have issues like cant use 3d pen and i have somehow too many crashes per hour... Do you have amd components? Or intel/nvidia
Hi. I currently use an Nvidia graphics card. I'm not entirely sure what is causing those issues and crashes on your end, but I hope you can find a solution soon. Good luck with your Marvelous Designer, and I hope it gets fixed ✨
Would it be okay to convert your CC to MMD for personal use/animation?

You are more than welcome to convert them for your own personal use in your game. However, I kindly ask that you do not upload or share these files publicly, even for the free items. According to EA's TOS: "You also grant to all other users who can access and use your UGC on an EA Service the right to use, copy, modify, display, perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise communicate and distribute your UGC on or through the relevant EA Service without further notice, attribution or compensation to you." So I'm sorry, but I don't think you actually have the ability to copyright your stuff. Plus, at least in the US, as far as I know, you can't copyright a derivative of something else. You're right Sadly, there is no sure way to protect my work within The Sims It's just a moral issue, All I have to do is ask them to protect my TOU. But if it's used in other games, the problem is different. First of all, you need to know the work process to understand this. The order in which I make the work is as follows. 1.Marvelus Designer > 2.Blender > 3.Photoshop > 4.Sims4 Studio The process up to three is just to do 3D modeling. 3D modeling can be applied to any game. And Marvelous Designer & Blender & Photoshop is not ea's program. For 3D modeling to be applied to Sims 4, it must go through the Sims 4 studio program. (This will convert it into a package file.) People who steal my work to other games steal 3D modeling, not package files. If my work is used in a game other than Sims for the same reason above, it's no longer a Sims derived derivative, it's just 3D modeling. That's why I can take DMCA notification and action. The reason I posted the terms and conditions is to protect my work to a minimum. I'm using a translator because English is not my first language, so please understand if it's not delivered well. And thank you for your honest comments 🥰
Please do not take this the wrong way because I love your work, it's literally the ONLY alpha I use CC I use. The conversion is crap & should be harder to do but sadly one just needs to be kinda ok at a few programs to make it happen. Regarding any copyright/trademark: The @ symbol you used does not mean anything in copyright law to protect yourself. Only the "©" for an actual copyright; "®" for trademark is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) ; and "™" is to be used when claiming rights to a good without a trademark registration and is the correct symbol to use in the interim while waiting for your registered trademark application to be approved.
I love your work and I'm sorry you have to go through this.No one should take anyone's work and claim or convert it.Its just not right!
