Can you explain how it went from a place where people kept getting hurt and doing extreme torture stuff to just a boot camp in Russ’s front yard
Is there anything we can do as viewers to help you take down Russ?
Can we get a visualized timeline of McKamey Manor? Even just approximate dates Russ's location changes, when the actors left, when the original Manor closed, his divorce, whatever info there is? If for no other reason than as a tool for clarity in the middle of the mindfuck?
I think there's one on the mckamey manor exposed channel.
When are we gonna get to see the plan to take them down unfold?
The podcast episode was dope
@Ben! Can you address how it seems like at the beginning it was a real haunt with what seems like a real house/manor and then it seems like around 2014-15 it switched into this fake stuff he’s doing now? I feel likes it invalid to say it was never real in my opinion
Besides having you stay up all night long, what were some of the tasks Russ had you complete before going to your tour?
It seems that the manor did start off as a legit haunted house walk through, would love to know at what point it stopped being that and became the farcical workout humiliation fetish shit it is now. Would also like to know more about the alleged darkweb live stream rumours and if there's any truth to them. I've heard that Russ streams the shows to people in Vegas who bet on his next move or something? Truth or all part of the great facade? Really enjoying your work Ben, hope you crack Russ and get some answers outta him. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds!!
I would love to know what is your thoughts of the manor apart from is a scam...like your insights on the physical demand it asks and the proof of documents
When you did the stunt with the chainsaw I noticed that there was a portion of the stunt where Russ stabbed you with a needle. What that real or a special effect?
Curious about this one also, esp. since I saw another interview mentioning that Russ loves fake needle stunts.
I would like a try at making it through Ben's Basement. It seems so similar to that other haunted house, however, I prefer yours and would like to give you my business instead. How do I go about signing up? Would love to bring a group of friends as well for their own individual tours. No idea how M M stays in business with such a great alternative around!
1.Realistically, how many people do you think he actually gets each Halloween in the last few years? 2.Apparently haunts are a big industry, does anyone in the game running legitimate operations ever comment/warn people about this? I can't imagine they like that this scam got more attention then their heavily invested attraction at one point. And if they have then why isn't the news of this being a scam widespread? Clearly someone else running a scare house would know the actual legality of these things inside and out and not be scared of cartoonish lawsuits from someone with no money. 3. How many awkward unpublished tours with pissed off / violent people do you think there have been? In it's prime do you think that ended up being 1/3 people? more? less? They have old videos with millions of views hyping it up. Over the years, especially with the label "haunt", I have to imagine most tours, even with vetting, just don't even start after seeing what it is or break out in some fight over the anger of wasted travel time / attempted torture. The average joe schmo is going to sign whatever and say what they need to in the interview to be part of this big exciting halloween thing. Everything about this in it's heyday screams of something that ends up being a nightmare on the logistics side of getting an actual decent candidate/victim.
As someone who has worked for a few real haunted attractions. I was first told about it by a guy who has worked at haunts all over the country. He fully believed it was real
If you and Russ could spend one night together without anyone knowing would you do it?
Have you actually talked to a lawyer about the legal 'issues'?
What are Russ's favorite horror movies?
Why did Cecil have the Mentos
Was there an actual manor EVER that you know of?
What is in Huntsville, Alabama and Nashville, TN like it says on his website?
7 hungry rats are chilling in a dumpster behind dominos. The Pizza guy dumps 10 large pizzas into the dumpster. The rats are stoked! But they obviously are thoughtful rats who were raised right and want to share the pizza’s equally. Each pizza has 8 slices. Exactly how many slices, including portions of slices, does each rat get?
You should definitely interview his ex's Carol and Holly. As far as questions go; his ex's have often spoken about his OCD and how severe it is. Did you notice that in any way, shape or form? As far as his supposed hypnosis techniques go, was there any of that or is that all BS as well?
How do you navigate such tricky legal situations? Are you ever worried about doing something that could get you sued in a serious way?
Is Russ still torturing people and pretend like he’s no longer doing that..?
Have you reached out to any of the other production companies that have made documentaries or stories on MM and are they getting sued too?
when will you post episode 5
What's your endgame?
Is there any chance you can show us all of the unseen footage of the various tours Russ did but never showed? (Christina Buster third tour, Laurie Brotherton only tour, all Marissa Philipps four tours, just to name a few examples). I feel like Russ hides a lot of things that are clearly unethical or that can be part of a criminal investigation, and you can greatly expose him showing the truth of what he hides.
Does russ genuinely think he's doing nothing wrong or is his persona a facade
When you went through it and they “cut you” did they actually cut your skin or was it a prop knife and fake blood? Same when they “injected you”, I can’t believe it would be remotely safe or legal to inject something into an open wound so was that also a prop?
How many people typically tune into the livestreams? What did you have to do for the videos posted to the page every 15 minutes to prove you were awake?
Were you actually cut up and injected or was it movie tricks?
Have you attempted to get any "inside" scoops from russ acting as like a news outlet or netflix/hulu documentary team? If not hmu i would be down to do something like this. Have you tried to ever find anyone in russ's personal life, like a co-worker or irl friend outside of the manor & interview them? We have only seen russ when he is interacting with the manor but nothing of him outside of it. Is he just as crazy? Would you be able to help me figure out housing for a 1 month period in Tennessee if I got my job back working at walmart & got hired at his store?
So like, in all the promo videos, Russ shows people indoors somewhere (that's assumed it's the manor) with like a dungeon-like setting. What actually is this? Did he used to have an indoor setup before he moved, like i'm hoping you can dive deeper into what the indoor setup is that Russ uses in the promotional materials.
Exactly the doubt I have!
What kind of pizza would you eat with Russ? (if you haven't already)
how high can russ jump?
How is your mental health holding up after dealing with this project? I know there is so much dark information associated with this and so I was just wondering if you’re alright. Wish you the best Ben and keep kicking ass, the world needs it
If Russ does finally go get pizza with you, what pizza place would you choose?
omg they should go to chucky cheese 🐀
How does Russ make his money with the haunt? He’s asking for just a bag of dog food and a hamburger? I am actually confused why he bothers aside maybe from clout if he is not making some money off of it? Is he actually torturing certain people on live stream and getting donations? What is his angle? Just to sue people that break his terms of agreement?
Do you really in your heart of hearts believe that the manor will be shut down or that Russ will see any consequences? I really hope something comes out of this, keep it up dude.
Why is this dude not in jail yet? Like how has he not gotten popped on SOMETHING—fraud, assault, the (alleged )pedo stuff, SOMETHING
What’s the ideal end goal for this project? Do you want Russ to shut down permanently or would you like to see him adapt his “haunt attraction” to be a more traditional product, no hands on but still with his own twist on it? Do you intend to go down the route of engaging a lawyer and taking Russ to court or if he backs down and admits defeat will you cease fire? Do you see the future of your channel continuing down the track of diving into cults and further exposing more of them? Can you share any info regarding the yellow deli situation? Thanks! ❤️
Yea I need a yellow deli update
1: If Mckamey Manor was a freeway in Los Angeles what freeway would it be? 2: If you could only ask Russ 1 question, what question would that be? 3: Have you talked with anyone he served with in the Navy?
Do you think that the previous haunt (in San Diego with actors) although completely impossible to complete and twisted in every way was a legit experience or just a scam as it is now
what was your first impression upon seeing russ's house? is there a common denominator to the mods in russ' group? if you're aware of one, what is it specifically? did russ ever convey any knowledge of the specifics of psychedelic research chemicals (administration, dosage) or other hallucinogens that wouldn't show up on a drug test? a contestant doing an exit interview that definitely wasn't pandering to russ stated unequivocally that they were tripping during their tour. a couple other contestants in russ-approved interviews mentioned tripping as well, but i assumed it could have been acting until i saw the 'shoot' interview by the lady can you explain more about what the walmart workers said about russ or release their statements in a patreon vid? did you ask russ any questions about the haunt in san diego and specifically what happened to make them have to move? was it jeremy's tour? the explanation likely would be embellished or outright false coming from russ, but i'm still curious sorry for a million questions, i sent you a bunch of $ tho so i don't feel like i'm overstepping 🥴
What did they inject you with? How did you endure getting cut into? That was the weirdest clip from this whole investigation and I need some explanation.
Does he make any sort of profit at all with the livestream? Do you think the audience bets on the participants like an underground gambling ring? Like "$100 He/She will last this long doing this". I don't believe in the slightest this is all done with no other incentive than torture...but yet again 🤔
Can you contact Holly S? A lot of us are interested in her story. I’m sure she would have a lot to say.
The Cali days!! I wanna know more about why they moved the “haunt” to Tennessee. I feel that haunt could’ve been really twisted
Also what’s his involvement with the police there cause something is weird between them 👀
Do you think Russ is a narcissist?
Why do you think you will succeed in exposing Russ where others have failed?
Yes! I’m hoping Ben can expose it all and end it, or at least get to the open truth. But, Ben, do you have the balls to see this to the bitter end? I say you do.
I would love if you could get a runthrough of what actually happened in California typically throughout the experience, and what injuries were sustained as a result, and what hospitals had to say? Like did Russ give them a lie they had to tell the doctors? And what happened to all the old "Actors"
You can look on youtube for that.
Do you think the haunted house was ever legitimate, or do you think it was always a scam?
Been a long time watcher of Mckamey manor from the early days 2017 and earlier it was a legit thing still had a bunch of smoke and mirrors but that ended when he lost all his talent
Why is it that Russ can’t do what he did in San Diego in Tennessee. Because from my understanding it seemed like a lot more of a haunt then, compared to now where all he does is have people workout in his yard
Since there isn’t a real manor and the haunts are all fictional at this point (and maybe always have been?), what’s up with the group of people that watch livestream like they’re on squid game? Are they really interested in people carrying heavy things around on the front lawn? I still don’t understand what the point is.
My thoughts exactly! Also does he make any sort of profit at all with the livestream? Do you think the audience bets on the participants like an underground gambling ring?
I think a beware of rats sign should be sent to him to put on his fence.
What has been the timeline for this? Like when did you contact Russ? When did you have the call with Kelly? If you could break all that stuff down, that would be cool.
When I listen to Kelly talk, it seems like she genuinely believes what she's saying. I think it might help her to talk to someone she trusts about the situation. Would you consider helping Kelly and Cecil get on a call together?
Ben, I hear that you have been a part of the group for years now. Were you ever a fan? Or were you creeped out from the beginning?
Two questions one how long has the scam been going for and about how many people have ended up going through
Could you talk a little more about what his livestreams are like? What kind of people tune in to them regularly, and do you think it is a fetish for them also? Also, I like your idea of sending in more undercover contestants - I think you guys should try to find a hardcore masochist to send, and see how long it takes Russ to figure out he's actually turning them on lol
i volunteer
Have you considered combining the whole series into a single video? Long highly produced videos tend to get picked up by the algorithm and it might be a good idea to avoid strikes on multiple videos if you just have to get a single video definitively approved by Youtube.
Have you actually been sued by them? If so, can you share the complaint?
And a follow-up, how can we follow the lawsuit? Do you have a docket number?
Also not a question— but I think it would be hilarious to just mail random rat related items (that you would need in order to care for rats) to his house.
Or like a sign that you hang on your fence to warn people of dogs, except for rats.
Is there anything they do to help afterwards? Do they at least give you clean clothes or anything like that, or do they basically just kick you out covered in mud and whatever crap they put on you?
Not a question but I think you should just go there again with some rats
