It's been a while since you've heard what Desmond Fishman is up to. That's my fault, and I'm sorry. I stepped away from the conversation so that other voices could be heard. But Des has asked that I appraise you of his latest projects, visions and follies, and so I present them here, without prejudice. Commentary comes from Des himself.

I've always wanted to form a 'worthy' landfill indie band just so I could go on Jools Holland's show and, during the bit where he can't resist joining in and adding boogiewoogie stylings to whatever poor band is currently playing, slam the lid of his piano down on his bloody hands so he can never ever do it again.

Desmond is always so impressive. Having him as an opponent in a wrestling match is certainly difficult. I wonder what prevented his ascent to the Olympic Games.
