Beauty And The Beast from memory
I've never seen the Disney Beauty & The Beast (the late 80s Linda Hamilton TV vehicle is another matter) but I am vaguely aware of it. Recently I saw a superb exhibition about it at the Wallace Collection in London (it runs until October 22nd) and on the way home, I noted down all the things I remembered.
Unfortunately, my memory... is not very good.

I have not seen either of the Disney versions, either, but the sketches are neat. I'd love to see your take on the Jean Cocteau movie. :D
No, no. You’ve pretty much got it.
These sketches are so good. I love this combo of you and Disney.
For not having seen the Disney version, that remembrance is spot on. Had to watch and listen to it untold times as was daughter's favorite for too long a spell. The US version didn't have Belle as a pistol packin' mama, which is an odd reversal.
I always enjoyed the scene where Mrs Potts is seen composing a letter on a typewriter, as she whisks the completed missive away she turns towards to camera and winks at the audience. Fourth wall breaking at its best.
I love it. The exhibition guide headsets featured an intro by Jessica Fletcher herself, which was quite the treat.
Looks absolutely prefect to me. But, then, I haven't seen the Disney version, either.
"That ingenue has got a gun!" BLAM! BLAM!
It has Angela Lansbury and Jerry Orbach. I'm pretty sure any other information is superfluous.
