SMAUGUST DAY 17: LACEWING DRAGON

Sometimes I forget how brutal this one is, with the two giant needles stuck to its back and all that. It fits the lore of the character from Hollow Knight: Silksong, but... damn, let the poor thing catch a break!

I know this is simple, but is it dragons combined with monsters that originate in other series?

So my working theory on “Dragons with no ~natural~ fly speed” seems to still be valid. Though, Targoyle is a stretch with having flight but only while its core is heated. I feel like there’s something more but can’t quite put my finger on it yet.
