Free Updates on Presupported OLD Releases
Long story short, Presupport Update will be Free for the Old Releases, starting from the second (dwarven defender on april 2019). Please read the whole post before asking questions, it's long but most of your possible doubts are answered here.

We hope you're passing a good day. We had a bit of sandstorm here, nothing catastrophic, but we probably will never get used to it :) Calima is still a thing that often happens in Canary Islands.
We are in the last phase of finalizing the next release designs, then presupport from 3dPrintingPro and heavy testing will take place. It's really exciting to finally see the new set coming up, it's perhaps the greatest we ever made. This is the best part of the work, backlog supporting is not really, but it quickly become something requiered in this buisness.
As you might have noticed, we re-released the Ogre Set including many new sculpts! For the other OLD releases however, there will be mostly no major changes such new epic heroes, mounts and Pinup: from the second release till now every set had all the major figures. Second release was the Dwarven Defender Set, it included for the first time an epic Gryphon and Runa as dwarf Pinup in fact.
Old Presupported Releases Distrubution will be FREE
(from the 2nd, the Dwarves Defenders, to 10th release Demon Set )
For this reason, we will send FOR FREE to every elegible possible costumer the Old Presupported Releases as we do them. It's an extremely long job as we are focusing on the new stuff of course. Each old release contains more than 65 STL from weapons to models.
Honestly, we couldn't sleep at night to figure it out what was the most accessible way to do that, but we think we finally found the right plan. It's a really long plan however.
We know that this could leave a bad taste in the mouth of the people who joined the first time the Pre-Supported Tier when it was a thing, but there's no easy way to manage this.
So we kindly ask who joined that Tier when it was active, to please enjoy having the old sets Presupported as free update.
It will take plenty of time, but how does this will work?
If you were Patron during a specific Monthly Release, we will send you that Presupported version once it's completed, via Patreon Message.
If you bought the 4+2 Set on the MMF Store, we will update your pack to the Presupported Complete Bundle of that release once it's out.
If you bought a specific set from the Amazons! Kickstarter, we will update the Backerkit download with the new updated version.
Another Plan we have is to provide Complete access to your Release after it expires on Patreon through MMF. It can be done only after the month expire, as we need the complete monthly list for that. This way if you forgot to download a month you just log in on MMF and get the release.
Still those old Patreon Releases will get updated in chronological order, check this Trello Board to see our old releases. Epic Bosses will be updated too in order as we do them.
There are currently no plans for the Amazons! Figures on their own, it's still a HUGE backlog of things and bosses to presupport, it will probably take a year. Perhaps when all the previous 10 sets are done we can focus on that, but still, our Patreon NEW releases are our major focus. We want to give you the best value with the new sculpts!
MyMiniFactory Store filesize limit and structure doesn't allow us to update every standalone single models, we can update only the 4+2 Bundles, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Basically if you get the Big Bundle you get presupports, if you get only a single figure you need to support it on your own, we are really sorry for that.
We already are asking too much to the amazing MyMiniFactory team for everything they are doing, and we really thanks them for the time they spend for us: from uploading the big bundle who exceed the file size limit for us, to managing codes, to providing Epic Bosses to the elegible patrons, to uploading presupported files.
Thanks for reading this towering post, and thanks for your patience, this plan of professionally supporting every single STL of the old monthly releases is huge and it will take many many months.

Dwarven Oathbreakers don't have a mirrored supported shield (left hand). Don't know if this is intentional as the file says "hand + weapons" and a shield doesn't count as a weapon haha. Just looking for some clarity, Thanks! The miniatures as always look amazing!
Orc Barbarians Set - 4 Modular + 2 Heroes and Depth Ones Set - 4 Modular + 2 Heroes I bought them a long time ago when can I get them supported
Is this being done backwards now? I am getting them from March - May of this year all of a sudden but not the old sets. The way this is laid out I should have gotten Aug 2019 first then forward from there.
so if i bought now an amazon mini from MMF when there'll be the presupported version i can download also that ?
For those who were patrons during those months when they were originally released, will the pre-supported Dwarven Oathbreakers and Death-Tide Jurakins be provided first as they are already available via the store, or will we need to wait until the pre-support sets before them have all been made available? What about the sets after the demons that were released without supports but have been given them for the pre-support bundles? The Dwarven Oathbreakers and Death-Tide Jurakins. Will the pre-support files for those be provided to patrons? And if so, will those be first, as they are already supported and available via the store, or will we need to wait until the pre-support sets before them have all been made available?

Just a thought but you could just attach ChituBox Files for the supports and have the end users print directly from chitubox or save the file to an STL. That might reduce the size of files on MMF
I sent a dm but was curious regarding the Dwarven Oathbreakers, which are already pre-supported and available on MMF. Are those of us that were a part of patreon during that month able to receive the pre-supported versions, since they already exist?
Yes we are trying with MMF team to implement those automatically to your account
7 Zip will unzip any compressed or plain storage file type I have ever come across - and its free

that will be updated, it will start from the 2 release (dwarven defender) and it will stop to the Demon release, as for the following one we already have the presupported packs
2. Please use zip files. The WinRAR compression (used in Orc Mauraders) is a pain in the neck ... I'll either need to find someone who has the software or buy a copy.
7Zip can still unpack the files. Just right click on the file, choose 7zip and then extract here. Or however you want to do it. But that method will work if you hvae 7zip installed. And it's free... I think LOL
1. The plan sounds well thought out.Reallly, REALLY like the idea of having Patreon files "stored" in MMF account.
Same. I always worry about data loss, so being able to redownload files at some point after that month would be really nice.
MMF would make it easier. If i lost my files i could just re download them there. And thanks for the extra effort :).
The plan for access through MMF after the end of the month is a great idea. In fact, if it become real, I will just wait the end of the month to use MMF.

Amazing news. I especially love having access to releases on MMF. I support so many Patreons that it is easy to miss the occasional update before the end of the month.
Could you specify smth for me? i joined from my other account before 3 month and bought in this time also the orcs 4+2 Set the Goblin 4+2 Set ,the human Set and the mindflayer set . Will i get the complete Sets with the riding beasts included even if i only have purchased the 4+2 Set ? That would be too good to be real?!

This is the answer to every Patreon’s prayer! It’s just amazing! To be able to store the old releases on MyMiniFactory means you can never possibly lose them + you get presupported FOR FREE??!!!? I mean, what else could we ask for. You guys are amazing!
So can someone confirm I am reading this correctly please. The Orc Marauders set has already been updated to include STL files, the Dwarfs will be next and then it will update chronologically? Also for someone such as myself who has only recently joined, what do I need to purchase on MMF? The dwarf set has one 4+2 for $15 and a 6+2 for $18, will they both get updated or just one of them?
The biggest bundle of each set will get updated. The older ones where 4+2, some recent releases got the 6+2

You are awesome and this is fantastic. Thank you. I hopped on board for the November release of the Goldmaw Lizards, but only now have I finally gotten a resin printer (was using an ender 3 and a lot of care before). So the prospect of supporting all of those sets was really rather daunting. So I really appreciate it. Though, if you're doing these in order, I should probably stop manually supporting the lizards myself, and should probably start working on the deathtide. Then work my way backwards instead :)

That is a terrific news! I don't really use pre-supported models, but this will be a godsend for most of the patrons! :) And about the ability to download previous release from my mini factory... THIS IS WONDERFUL! No need to keep files on personnal computers and risking of loosing all because of a faulty disk. Really guys, I think you've outdone yourselves on this one. The amount of security such a measure provide for your supporters is enormous. From the bottom of my hearth, thank you! 😘
Honestly it is a great notice. Placing supports on previous releases is a very daunting process for a noob. I had backed since August 2019. Bought a 3D printer bc of your great work. Saw 3DPrintingPro videos and the great posts from the community for over 10 months. Due to the pandemic, I finally got time to print my first batch of miniatures last Saturday. Now I am happy person.

Wow, this is awesome, I've been a supporter since the orcs and I don't even have a printer yet. But this is very generous of you as when people bought their STLs, they got what they are paid for. Now it's like a bonus. Imagine something like buying a car that you use, and a new improvements come out and people get free upgrades. I bought the Original Ogres for $12 on MMF and just rebought them for $18, so once I buy the Dwarves Defenders I'll have all the sets, YAY!

Thanks a lot for updating all your amazing work post release with pre-supported versions. The Value you give us is really astonishing. Having access to all monthly releases through MMF would be welcomed since keeping all downloads on a savefile with all changes/fixes becomes a taxing task from time to time.

I’ve only been on Patreon for a month but I’ve been wondering daily why you/others don’t use MMF for more. This answers so many of my questions and alleviates a ton of concerns. This is awesome.

Awesome news. It means the set I forgot to download (Lizards) I will get and all those other sets I I've been here for will have an easy, pre-supported version in my collection. I however may need a bigger hard drive to keep it all since I don't see ever getting off this Patreon :P

How can anyone who paid $8 once be salty about free supports?! I was there for the first pre-supported month, I paid about €20 for that tier. But they are free now, don't see any reason to be salty about that.

There is no way to go back and change things and not ruffle some feathers. I was one of the patrons that upgraded to the Pre-Supported Tier and I personally have no qualm with others getting the older files Pre-Supported. This Patreon is amazing and already goes above and beyond what is expected or even deserved and I am glad to be a part of it. Now I just need to find more time to paint. So many grey models just staring at me with their sad grey eyes...
I really think you guys are the best in the business right now, in terms of Patreons for 3D printable files.
Have you thought of crowdsourcing the supported files creation? You have a huge community, and I’m sure many of us keep a backup of our chitubox files when we print the miniatures. Instead of doing everything yourselves, why not let the community chip in? Less work for you, and we get the supported files sooner. It’s a win win!
Cool stuff. Getting old releases that you might need to re-download (either due to losing the files, or not grabbing them in time) will be super nice, too. Imagine getting a hard drive failure and losing your 3d models.. and having no way to get them back, except for messaging the designers/artists and begging for zips of the previous months. I'd love to see every creator do this.
Does this mean that if I bought the Depth Ones 4+2 pack I'll get the presupported?? Also, does this mean the standalone weapons and mounts won't get the supports?? And will you still make the complete bundles or the ogre one is the last one of the old ones??
4+2 will be updated to Complete Bundle, including all the models and weapons of the set

Definitely like the idea of just having complete access to our files on MMF. Right now I'm supporting multiple patreons and it's beginning to worry me how much HDD space I'm eating up having to house everything in hopes that some day I will print all this stuff. If it was on MMF, I could see all my stuff and download / print at will when I'm ready to print instead of downloading gigs of STLs in the first 5 days of every month. Also I realize we're only talking about AG here, but AG is kind of a leader in this greater 3d printing community and a lot of things AG does, other companies seem to be following suit.
